I have lived at Lynnfield Commons for almost 10 years. During my stay here I have been so happy! My apartment is beautiful and whenever I need assistance from the office or maintenance they are there for me. Always professional and helpful.. Another important factor is how safe I feel. We lived here for 8 months. We ended up with a unit in building 1 and were up on the top floor. It was a beautiful view. The surrounding residents were very quiet which was really nice. I believe our unit was renovated recently, which was a pleasant surprise. I only gave it a four star because the price was just incredibly high. If we had lived there permanently we wouldn't have been able to afford it. We didn't interact much with the office staff, but heard mixed opinions, we never had a bad experience though. Overall, we enjoyed our time living here.
I have been here for several years and can’t say enough good things about everything from the management staff to the landscape! A peaceful community with gorgeous apartments and clubhouse. I would not want to live anywhere else!
We signed a lease and put a down-payment for a specific apartment layout and move in day we were given a completely different apartment than what we paid for. Per the manager, if you don't like it, take your deposit and find somewhere else to move. That was our first experience with this apartment complex. It hasn't gotten better since. We look forward to moving. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. Update: In response to their comment below, I did reach out to corporate. Several times over the course of a couple months. No one ever returned my phone calls.
Great place to live, people are nice, Grounds well manicured and the Management Team are second to none. They are very attentive, listen and help if there is an issue.
We have been living here for 1.5 years paying timely and in full. At time of moving out we faced with arrogant attitude from the management. It's a long story with paperwork, legal terms, notification letters that turned out to not be notifications at all and all that sort of attitude of haughty corporation to tenants they make money on and ultimately take advantage of. One of few company I do not recommend to deal with. UPDATE: I called their corporate office for 3 days in a row, left voicemails and my contacts to the representative to pass it to the right person who can call me back. No one from the corporate office got back to me on this issue. The polite reply below is nothing more than just formal reply for google viewers.
to add once again to my other review I went to the pool for the first time with the amount of people who live here there is not enough chairs so people where bring their own in the fire pit when I asked about it I was told has been broken for 2 years the grill area was gross like it has not been cleaned in years I have dogs and I cannot understand for the life of me why people think its okay not to pick up after your dog I would never not pick up after mine. last is the rent increase is ridiculous there is no reason why it is going up between 200 to 500 they are not doing anything to improve this property for that increase makes no sense
Not the greatest apartment building. I have COPD and I choose this complex due to their no tolerance on smoking policy however I have increasingly gotten worst because my neighbors have a cloud of weed on my floor. I have reported it several times to Sam and his responses tend be condescending. They have a high turn over in the leasing office for employees and I am beginning to understand why. I pay over 2k to have constant asthma attacks due to their lack of enforcing their own rules. I would not recommend them and I am currently looking for a new place. If you have health issues I recommend you look elsewhere.
The apartment is good, and the staff in the office is very helpful and kind - 5 stars for the team members. Unfortunately, my car was damaged in the parking lot at night during snow plowing and nobody took any responsibility, the upper management didn't care about that - and I pay extra money because of the second car -, there is no vigilance nor the cameras covered the place the car was parked. A loss of $1900 and zero help from the administration. Very sad behavior from the Administration for a high-price we pay for the rent.
Lynnfield Commons location is very clean, well maintained, and convenient. The apartments are very spacious with great amenities. Office staff, Maintenance staff and Cleaning Staff do an excellent job making sure Lynnfield Commons look beautiful and run smoothly From a verified resident on ApartmentRating
