Had a nightmare problem. Bought a dryer from name withheld and the power cord they gave did not have any screws to install the power cord. The guy who helped me find what I needed knew what the hell he was doing. Thank you for your help man.

The customer services is awesome. The guys in the parts department were so helpful and worked diligently to find the elusive part I needed for my lawnmower. Super nice guys that found the exact part I needed. I will always head to Lyons Ace Hardware in the future!

Great service! I was missing bolts to a crib that I was setting up. I brought two sides of the crib into the store so I can be sure to get the right fitting bolts. A shout out to Lais who help me make sure I got exactly what I needed and was very patient!

I bought a GFI receptacle to replace one that went bad in my home. The new GFI did not fix the problem so I had to call in an electrician. The electrician said the new GFI was bad and simply replaced it which fixed the problem. When I returned the GFI to the store even though I had the receipt I did not have the box it came in so they told me there was nothing they could do. Now I out the cost of an electrician and two GFI's because they sold me a defective part and would not stand behind their product.

Better than Lowes, but that is not real hard. Did not have something the website said they did. So they tell lies on the web. No surprise there.

From lightbulbs, tools to paint and plumbing they have what you need. Can't find it just ask.

Great store for hardware and key copies of less common key blanks that the big box stores don't have available. Very friendly staff and readily available and accommodatng to customers. Large variety of goods and services.
