We are engaged primarily in the business of acquiring, developing, managing, and leasing warehouse/distribution facilities and commercial properties throughout Connecticut and in other selected markets throughout the United States. Our portfolio includes properties in 9 states and 23 cities and consists of over 9 million square feet.
