Honestly in this climate there is no excuse for bad customer service. Several associate walked by us without even a hello, I saw a Tiare Hawaii jumpsuit on the mannequin in the window. The ladies working here actively avoided us..literally. I walked up to the mannequin looked at the brand then promptly went in Shopbop to purchase it! It’s that easy for you to lose a sale due to lack of customer service.

Always find something cute at this store or the calabasas & woodland hills location.a The ladies are friendlier here though overall.

Missing this place so much! Since Covid, I haven’t been in but I can’t say nicer things about this location! Everyone is so helpful and professional. I love the more you spend the more you get back. I’ll definitely have to shop online with them for now!

Very cute store. I was greeted warmly when I arrived. A sweet lady Liseann helped me and was very kind. I would recommend this store to friends. I look forward to shopping there again.

Customer service is poor at this Mfredic Westlake location. Judgmental employees, I’d look else where to shop.

I think it's a hit or miss depending on taste in style. I do like the roll over to the next month cash back.
