The idea to launch a company dedicated exclusively to the repair of fine jewelry and timepieces took hold back in 1993 while we were working for a major jewelry retailer. There, we were tasked with finding a repair service we could trust with our customers’ valuable items — a company that delivered top-notch customer service and exceptional workmanship, all at an honest price. But we couldn’t find one. So we decided to do it ourselves!
M&G started as a regional jewelry and watch repair business serving retailers in the Southern California area. Since then, we’ve grown to become the Nation’s leading jewelry and watch repair service, setting the standard for uncompromising quality and service. We’re proud to say national department store chains, major jewelry retailers and brand-name watch manufacturers trust us with their customers. Today, we service over 4000 retail locations nation-wide and process over half a million repairs a year.
