The M4 Project offers free HIV, Hepatitis C, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia testing and risk reduction services, as well as linkage to many resources and individual support. We provide walk-in testing and testing by appointment at our office, located in downtown Binghamton at 206 State Street, just a two-minute walk from the bus station. Can't come to us? No problem! We also provide community testing appointments out of our mobile testing unit.
Additionally, we provide free personal case management services to individuals interested in goal setting, forming healthy habits, healthy communication, and personalized risk reduction services through our CHROME intervention. CHROME can be a single or multi session intervention depending on your needs. CHROME sessions are incentivized.
We have a variety of free safer sex supplies including male and female condoms, lube, dental dams and more!
M4Project staff are here to help answer any questions you may have about health and relationships. We work closely with many groups and organizations in an effort to build a stronger and safer community.
