Smelled like pee. Bathroom was gross, smell the inside of machines before using. Timer on machines don't match how long it takes. Pricing was high on washers. Dryers were decent for price
This place is a dump. One machine leaked, there was water everywhere. People use the big washers and leave, once the cycle is done, nobody picks them up. I had to remove somebody’s comforter in order to use the washer. Second time using this place and for sure the last one.
All laundromats have gotten expensive, so in that arena, they are all pretty equal. I love Ma Suds because it is clean and close to my home. I like being able to do all my wash at one time.
Not a bad place to wash clothes. Could be a little cleaner but not bad.
I always go there to wash my king size comforters. They have big washers. Everything works. Dryers extra hot. They even do your laundry for you for a fee. It's always clean. They have a couple of games to pass the time and refreshments. Guess u can say I like it there!! What more can I say. They are the best!!!! UPDATE!!!!!!!! Still the best
I went here on a Saturday afternoon, after the always popular Saturday morning rush, and there were the common dryer sheets and papers on the floor, plus the non-handicap bathroom is why I rated this a 4 star. It is older, some of the machines are old, but they all worked great. It's a nice quiet laundrymat, and the people using it were friendly. I would definitely come here again. They only take cash, can't get coins from a card.
This review is in regards to my visit at ma suds #3, but this is the same company, so I’m leaving it here. No hours of operation are posted anywhere on the outside or inside of the building. I tried to load clothes into a washer at 8pm, and the lady working said no more loads after 8. I said “no problem” and kept going with the loads I had already started. At 8:45 my last large load finally finished draining, and the lady working then told me she was closing at 9, and that I had 1 coin 9 minutes to dry this large load. I split it up into 5 machines to try and make it dry faster, but not even that worked. I asked for 10 more minutes, and pointed out that their hours are not posted anywhere on their store, and the lady refused to even let me have that. Made me go home with two bags of wet clothes. This place is unprofessional, dirty, and disorganized. A business should either get it’s stuff together, or allow for some forgiveness when they fail to inform their patrons in any way of their operating hours. Instead of kicking them out with bags of wet cloths. Zero stars, if I could.
The attendant was super nice but one of the washers poured water out of the front so the who time the washer was running I had to stand there and push on the door until the whole cycle was complete. The handle broke so we had to wait on the owner to get here to open the door so we could driy our clothes. We were from out of town so we were definitely inconvenienced.
No hot water, 4-5 dollars per load to wash and no matter what you choose for water temperature it washes with cold water. Not happy with this laundromat at all. Wish my husband had picked a different one.
I love this laundry mat. I choose MaSuds coin laundry Matt over all others it's peaceful and clean and the dryers dry your clothes with mostly just one quarter but fully dry with two
