My iMac 27 Inch Fusion Hard Drive failed days out of warranty. I was in the middle of major work that needed to be done and I needed my computer. Mac Fusion not only repaired my computer in a week but got me an upgraded hard drive that has been running better than the Apple OEM did. I cannot thank them enough for saving my computer and allowing me to get back to work.
Excellent Service & Technical Expertise. In desperate need of help to fix my failing office network, I contacted Mac-Fusion to see if they could help troubleshoot the problem. Kevin promptly scheduled an appointment and was able to diagnose and correct the issue within 90 minutes. It should be said that the company that I paid thousands of dollars to install the network, just 10 months ago could not identify the problem after sending two different technicians on a half dozen return visits to my office. If you’re planning to install a new network, or need an expert to help with your existing network, I highly recommend contacting Mc-Fusion first!
If I could give one million stars to this place, I would. I avoid the telltale signs of my devices starting to go until there's no denying it, so by the time I finally drag myself there I'm at the point of hysteria. Add that to my complete ignorance of technology and I'm certain I'm their worst nightmare. They never make me feel that way. I've taken 3 dead devices 2 MacBooks, 1 iPhone over the last 5 years and they always work miracles. Or, at least, provide me with a totally professional level of service that helps me figure out next best logical steps. Both times for my laptops they had to keep them for repairs and the work was completed quickly and on time with better results than I could have even hoped for. What I was quoted was fair and consistent with what I was charged. Last week my phone stopped taking the charge and died and I had no recent backup. My hope was that they could get it charged enough for me to go buy a new phone and have the information ported over from the actual phone. By the time I burst in there Friday I was near tears. Jacek/Jason was a total angel on earth. He was patient with me, diagnosed the issue quickly and thoroughly, explained the issue and why he couldn't "just get it to charge one last time" simply to me, and helped me make sure everything I needed had actually been backed up to the cloud just the day before. He talked me through making sure everything loaded on to my new phone, how I could access it if it didn't, and then pulled out my SIM card so that I had that handy as an alternate should the restore not work. I left there and went straight to my provider, bought my new phone, and per Jacek's instructions was back in business within a couple of hours with no issues. If not for him I would have been super frustrated and panicked at my carrier because that experience is never seamless and the folks there, bless their hearts, rarely know what's what. When I pulled out the SIM card from my old phone they were all "What is that?" I would recommend Mac Fusion Seal Beach time and again without hesitation. Please be patient if there's a wait...these people obviously pride themselves on being thorough and diligent and I'd imagine more often than not are dealing with folks who are there because they're super stressed by whatever issue brought them for help. I appreciate the time and care they take and will be back, I'm sure. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Amazing service at this neighborhood store. I went in several times for information and they were always helpful. I purchased my 27” Mac here and received loads of info during my free 30 minute appointment regarding how to use my new machine. I wish they sold the phones too! Much quicker and more convenient than the Apple Store. Thank you! I highly recommend.
Took my laptop in for apple warranty and they said 2-3 weeks , a month and some change goes by and I’ve heard nothing about my computer so I go in to talk to them and unfortunately the info they gave me was “The parts got lost in the mail,” fine guys, lost parts no problem but email me guys!! The communication from this place is horrid, if you like to keep in the know about your computer don’t bring it here. Been a seal beach local for a long tine, love supporting small businesses like this, but the service was so horrible I took my computer elsewhere! My advice as someone who works in the customer service industry is work on your communication!
The whole team from start to finish were very professional and super helpful. One the employees, Steven, went way out of his way to help me get my computer fixed and to get Apple to help cover the costs rightly so. You may have to wait an extra week for service to be done parts have to be mailed to store but it is way better then waiting hours in the Apple store. I will definetly return to Mac-Fusion for service.
Rarely do I submit reviews anywhere but this place was horrible. My screen cracked so I scheduled an appointment at 10:40am 1 week in advance on Apple’s website. I get there only to see my appointment meant nothing since they still make everyone wait in line. Took 25min to get to the front of the line and they tell me they don’t have my phone in stock so they are unable to complete the repair. They tell me to make an appointment at a “real” Apple store since they will have full inventory. Nearest appt is 1 week in advance. I made an appointment so you had a FULL week to ensure you had all parts in stock!!! This was a waste of time. DO NOT come here for repairs.
Went to Mac Fusion yesterday because my iPhone 6s wasn’t holding a charge for more than 3 hours while in use. I made an appointment to have my battery replaced and take advantage of the$29.00 special Apple is offering till year end. Kelly, the MacFusion specialist, pointed out all the sites and apps I have constantly running in the background and a few other tricks to save on the battery drain. He said that should take care of my problem. My phone is doing great, saved me $29.00, and if I do have problems just bring it back before year end. I highly recommend this place for exceptional service and honest nice employees.
First off, know that I get tech hives. I emailed asking how I could make an appointment, and was directed to the webpage. Appointments are opened in the afternoon for the next day. I was able to make an appointment with no problems. I got there, and Jason helped me. The bad news, my iphone was on life support. Jason was very helpful with my options and let me know they could help me transfer my stuff from one phone to the other once I had a new phone. I told Jason I had not been able to back my phone up, and he showed me why it was not working. This seems small, but this had prevented my phone from backing up since 2017. I came back the next day no appointment and another person helped me that was also totally nice, helpful, and calming to my tech anxiety. I am sorry, I forgot his name. He helped me find my pin, and get all of my apps, pictures, and other stuff from one phone to the other. I LOST NOTHING!!!!!!! Thanks to both of these great guys, I have a new working phone that has my stuff, I have back up, and did not have a tech meltdown. I probably should not say this, but there was no charge for all of this help. ps I am still willing to pay for this service, because this is what they offered me. Customer Service at its finest.
I was VERY impressed with the professionalism and safety precautions the staff has made during this time. I was able to get my iMac serviced quickly and effectively. Jake at the front did an excellent job making sure I understood the process and had confidence in the upgrade I was receiving. My iMac is running much more smoothly now and I will definitely be coming back.
