Canada is the last place one can expect to get racially profiled! Yet, here I am in 2022 being asked if I’m India while getting a few cans of coke. I don’t think my ethnic background matters in this case…

Went to get my car washed, paid for a premium wash and the car came out the same as it went in. I called their attention to it and one of the guys came out and rubbed his hands on it and said he'll give me another wash but the wash wont get off oil off it. My car has absolutely no oil. Not one place on the car not washed. Went in a second time and its the samething. This is the third time I'd have this problem. 2 times on my way to work so i noticed when i pulled up at work. Today i decided to go earlier. The guy told me i should use paper towel to clean it. If i wanted to clean with paper towel i wouldnt pay for a premium wash. I'd just stay home and use paper towel to clean it. Bad service

Best place to shop.. Huge varieties of chips and candy available. Best customer service. Clearly explained about car wash and came out in so cold temperatures to help me out as it was my first time using their car wash.

I went there on Monday morning around 11am, the gas station was very busy still lady working behind the counter was very calm and serving the customer with full energy. Even the manager shovelling the front area because of heavy snow and making the way clear for customers to get in. He helped me with monthly car wash app too.

I guess you could say I got robbed by their machine. Many other had stations automatically reimburse the amount of gas money that wasn't used. Not these people though, I called the same night and there response was the money will be refunded in 2 business days. That transaction happened in November and I'm still waiting to see the reimbursement. Called the manager to explain what happened and he's telling me I have to leave my during regular business hours to come talk to him to get a $6 refund. I know I'll never buy from a Circle K gas station for the rest of my life. I guess that's what you get for buying gas from the 'Other' gas stations.

This is happens now. very very bad service and rude staff. Just now working one girl and boy. Girl was with phone, she spoke to me very rudely. The guy also very rude, he was saying if you want to complain, come Monday morning speak to manager. What kind service you guys giving to customers. The problem their hiring all Indians. When we saying something they talking their own Language. It is happens to you what you will do?. Today 1st Oct 2021 , time 9.04PM.

Best and fast customer service. I know how hard your job is. Customers face just one of you and gets annoyed for which is not your mistake but you guys face 100's of them and still maintain your efficiency. Good job guys.

Hey listen kids , you are in customer service profession so start acting like that , you aren't sitting at home instead you are on front counter so learn some customer service , how to politely talk and listen to customer's problem. Maybe you don't care about your job but you are ruining someone else's day. If you have no idea what customer service is? Go and work at back of the house! Maybe any restaurant's kitchen?
