During this difficult time, we were met with excellent customer service and authentic sincerity. From picking her up in Stockbridge, GA and bringing her to our hometown of Elberton, GA, to the transparency of costs, detailed preparation, and execution of her services, we thank you. Anything we needed or any questions we had, Mr. Davenport and his staff responded immediately and were readily available. When a love one passes away there are many thoughts running through your mind. From the moment I spoke with Carlos I felt at ease. I could tell he was invested in his career and wanted to help. When my Uncle Melvin Allen passed away I was left with a memory of tubes down his nose and a sight of life leaving his body. After Matthew worked so diligently my last memory is him resting in peace. He appeared to be sleeping without a care in the world. There were a few others that helped as well such as Darin who knew my Uncle. His stories made my heart smile. I knew my uncle was a good soul but to hear it from others let me know God surely stamped his ticket right on into heaven. I'm sure he's been walking around heaven since he made it in. We would like to say Thank you all for creating a peaceful imagine for us to remember. May God continue to bless you all as well as provide business that will allow you to give families peace.
Before the lost of my daughter I have heard so many negative things about Mack's Funeral Home owners, but Im here to speak highly of these ppls services and the warmth, caring, and passion and most of all the patience of them. Alan Eppinger is a very talented and professional man. If I ever need their services again I would go to them without a shadow of doubts. So all the negative things are not in these people at Mack's Funeral Home of Elberton.
