I love this place! I can call any day of the week and ask a question about my policy and they will help until I'm satisfied I was heard. My truck got total and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a rental as per the insurance and cut me a check in a timely matter. Ps ask for Mrs. Minerva she is the best and easiest to talk to.

When I discovered that ALL of our policies were auto pay on a credit card that had been replaced… Melissa instantly said “no problem!” And she was right. She patiently guided me through several payments and the change over of all accounts to auto pay on our new card. She knew exactly what to do and was very understanding and professional!

Leslie has always been helpful with my quotes and questions, polite and responsive. Too bad prices of insurance overall have become extremely unreasonable, but it's not the employees fault, so at least dealing with that office is a good experience otherwise..
