Today on 10/26/22 I went to Macy’s to pick up a dress I had ordered for my daughter. Before I went directly to customer pick up I decided to take a peak around the 3rd floor children’s especially since Toys R US just opened as well on that floor. It was early in the morning so the associates were hard at work but no one said good morning. I asked a question about the Ralph Lauren inventory and one of the associates was rude and never picked his head up to even look at me when answering my question. To make matters worse the associate who rang my item up never took the security tag off. While I was exiting the store it beeped which prompted me to check the item I purchased. I saw the tag and I was very upset. Sean, one of the managers who is a very nice gentleman helped me solve this issue and that is why I decided to give 5 stars. I love when managers actually care about what happened and how it made you feel. He took the tag off and gave me $25 off towards my next purchase because I was very upset. My grandmas funeral is coming up and I was shopping for my daughters. I had so much on my mind so the lackluster customer service from the associates put a damper on my day but in the end I felt a lot better. Thank you Sean!
Classy store, many name brands and the shelves are full, great selection of women’s wear and luggage , many customers and the store was clean , great selection of comforters and bed sheets
As Canadians, this was our first Macy's we ever visited. It was nice and clean and the staff were super friendly. The shop definitely had ample amounts of product. However, we were not shopping here for too long due to time constraints. Just imagine an American version of The Bay. That is what Macy's would be like to us Canadians.
Came here the Friday before Christmas and it was super cute. They had a live DJ by the Jewelry/Shoe Dept. The vibes were great. Staff were moving quickly with order pickups and it was a pleasant experience overall!
First time pick up of online purchase within 2 hours. Did Not wait very long to confirm they did Not have my entire order. I will probably Not do that again. However, this store is clean & busy & Thank you for the indoor Starbucks. It's a sweet distraction while decision making

Have you ever been to Macys just as they open the doors to customers? I dont know if this is the norm for every Macys but last Saturday I went to the Macys at Cross County at 9:55am. They open at 10am. There was a small crowd outside the store waiting for the doors to open. Finally someone came and started unlocking the doors. We, the customers, started walking into the store and all the Macys employees were lined up welcoming us, the customers, with a long and loud round of applause. It was an awesome expression of customer appreciation.
I called and spoke to Rasha, MBA at Macy’s Cross County because I had an issue with an item. Right away her and her colleague assisted me with a refund. Basically the item was already worn when I purchased it with rips and dirt. She apologized multiple times and refunded me. It was not just the refund but the way she spoke to me was kind and professional. Things happen in regards to the worn item but that won’t stop me from shopping there again. Thank you Rasha for great customer service and your professionalism.
Perfume department always on point!! But women's purses!! Forget it the worst-case all are very rude!! No help!! Not even cash register people are there!!! And forget about the manager!! You will never find one!! To complain about that department!!!
7/10/20, I couldn't wait to prounce through All 9 floors of the big daddy of stores. All were operational and stocked! Plenty of room to move around and choose your goodies. I found a few jewelry bargains.They had separate entrances and exits to ensure social distancing. Enjoy
