Allora was amazing, she was very attentive, courteous and friendly. She went as far as stopping me on the way out to ensure that the representative she passed me off to, that was more knowledgeable on Jerseys was able to get me taken care of... And when I told her no, that the jersey isn't available in my size, she took down my name and number so she could consult with someone that could possibly help me. Truly excellent customer service, a gem to find now days.
I wanna give a shout out to Rose at the Perfume department. She. Is. Wonderful she always offers to help and always patient. Never complains of my questions, goes through pricing clearly. She deserves a raise. She stands out in the that department.
I love the sales I encountered And helpful perfume counter sales personnel..I even was offered samples bigger than life ! . And that made it special because it was my Birthday and she had no idea. Love Macys
The employees are beyond rude. I had one lady be nice but for the most part they are snooty and extremely rude towards anyone who isn't all done up when they go into their store and it's unbelievable how blatant they are about it. I felt humiliated and unwelcome, with my little girl in tow. Not ok.
A.J. in the bedding department is amazing. I needed to do a return and I asked where the customer service desk was. When he said he could help me here That was awesome, because I can't walk to far A.J. didn't know that I couldn't though. For some reason, I get anxiety during getting rang up or doing a return. A.J. was so calm and relaxed and I can't thank him enough for his excellent customer service with me. This made my shopping experience so much smoother for me.
Very nice store, clean. Awesome staff, great attitudes, very willing to help. Christmas decorating was will done! Love it.
Love shopping Macy's online. Shipping takes longer than I like but everything is always high quality.
Nice bedding, housewares, some of the popular items in women sell quickly. Overall got a great deal for a cashmere sweater. Happy Holidays!
Love the Shoes! Each time I’ve visited the shoe department at Macy’s the staff has been very helpful with finding the fit and style of footwear I was looking for and they were also knowledgeable about the different brands.
