I had a wonderful experience twice! Specifically with a woman named Nicole in the Juniors department. I told her I needed help after my home was destroyed, and I was overwhelmed needing to buy new clothes. I WILL NEVER pick another personal shopper as long as she works there. It was truly the best experience ever!
I like the back room place on the upper floor. Got some really great deals on cool products - even shampoos. They were extremely friendly and accommodating with pricing.
Erika was amazing, she is always helpful, friendly and has great knowledge about all the jewelry. I bought a gold chain, and she went above and beyond with assisting me in picking the best gold chain. Kudos to Erika in the Jewelry department, I will def go back to buy more only when she is there to help. Thank you Erika!!!!
Watch out for INFLATED PRICES. This store is selling a Travelpro carry on for $740. This exact same item sells on the Travelpro official website for a regular price of $369 and with a 15% sells for $314. The item is the platinum pro 21 inch carry on. We returned the item but I’m sure many customers don’t cross reference prices.
The place is just welcoming! Love the different scents from the many fragrances.... Staff greets you well. Their bathroom~ very clean & pretty!
We just shopped for bedding sheets and wow Jeffrey at the bedding department was extremely helpful! He tried his best to help us find what we needed and gave us option! Very knowledgeable
Meh. I used to love department stores, but the shopping world has changed drastically. Some cool stuff, some stuff I would only buy because it's Macy's brand INC and Charter Club linens Beautiful shiny store
Always a pleasure to shop at Macy's especially the one at Galleria Mall always clean organized and amazing deals Nelly was very helpful in my purchases she is friendly nice and has a lot of patience all the things you need to be in that moment
Joe in the watch section was soooo helpful. Went to the area a 20 minutes before closing Marie or whatever her name is with a thick accent was extremely dismissive but Joe quickly interjected and turned the experience around by fixing my link on my watch promptly. Definitely made my day and turned a negative experience into a positive one quickly
