Huge selection at this Macy’s. I was looking for a long fancy dress and a short one. The long dress in the prom section was super cheap. Only $69 it was plain without any sequins or silk. There were so many options for what I needed. They also have Macy’s backstage which had good options but not as good quality. They had all of the departments of a normal Macy’s and it was clean. They had a lot of fitting rooms and they were also clean when I went in. The checkout process was quick and there were enough associates that people didn’t need to wait for more than 2 minutes at the time I was there. Would definitely recommend! There are also a lot of stores in the mall itself if you don’t find what you’re looking for here.
Not a bad experience here it's always busy so be prepared but all and all I like this location and the staff is very helpful when you need them for anything whatsoever I would recommend and also come back to shop again they also have so many thing to choose from definitely can spend a quick 2 grand in here without paying attention
I like to shop at macy's online than in the store; specially not in the Macy's store in the South Point Mall. The associates working there are rude, lazy and very irresponsible. One store in Cary town center got closed so next option is to go to Durham where one has to deal with these mean workers. They don't want work rather chit chat and give a stare. I had to go different departments to find a cashier but to my surprise few of them standing together chatting and giggling and didn't want to ring up the stuff. If this store has to survive they better discipline these workers. One lady was about to ring up and she left to talk to somebody giving me an excuse and never came back. After waiting for so long, I took my stuff to other two ladies they redirecting me to go to somebody else. What a horrible way they work. I do not feel like going there again. Nordstrom has a very good group of cashiers working, always give their best to help the customers. Id like to go there and spend my money and time.
a large chain of stores selling famous brands at a discount now going through promotions at a discounted price
Very bad. Will never give them my business. Asked for help to find a wedding dress and the woman I asked for help disappeared. No physical cart for someone who has a hard time walking. Trissa is the ONLY one who helped. Had to go to a manager just to get helped. Trissa if you hear about this review, thank you. You went above and beyond.
Give 4 stars overall but gave 2 stars for the store. But 0 for the customer service. I went to refund my bag and the Lady was very unfriendly . She didn't answer my questions. And looked unhappy with me possibly she had bad experience with past customers but still would have appreciated her clear concise response.
Wanted to exchange a pair of jeans. According to Amy not so welcoming she one pair was available in the store in the size I wanted. When I got to the Style & Co area, it was a mess!! This was about 30 minutes after the store opened, so obviously it was not cleaned up before opening. No organizational all. The rest of the department wasn’t much better. Will not be shopping at this store again.
There is almost no help here. No one to get shoe sizes for you, long lines at the register. Years ago they had much better service at thus Macy's.
I went to Macy's to get Clinique products.I went to the Clinique counter and waited for 15 minutes while the make up salesman helped another customer. She kept looking at me but didn't acknowledge me then. When the lady she was helping was checking out, I got behind her to make sure she knew I needed help. Two other ladies came after me that needed help too. The salesperson told me that she was going to help them before me since I needed help with matching my color and began to help the other people who came after me. She didnt ask them what they needed before she skipped me.They also didn't know what they wanted and it was extremely unfair to help them when they came after me. I am extremely upset that they did this and they should have had to wait their turn like I did. I decided to not buy the makeup and I went to another store and spent my money there. I will never come to Clinique at Macy's ever again.
They are obviously understaffed. More than once I've gone here intending to buy clothes, but the experience is so frustrating that I give up and leave without buying anything even if I find stuff I'm interested in. Clothing departments are in shambles, fitting rooms are closed.
