This is one of my favorite Macy’s. It has kids’ stuff and backstage on the first floor and a Starbucks coffee shop on the main floor. You can always find good stuff at a reduced price in the backstage area such as shoes or kid education toys. I usually stop at the Starbucks after my shopping for a Capuccino or milkshakes. They also serve kid-friendly drinks and cookies.

The women's bathrooms are disgusting. There is either water or urine on the floor. Even the seats have urine all over them. I realize you cannot clean them every hour but at least every 3 would be nice.  It does not look nor smell as if it has been cleaned in days. Macys please do better about cleaning your bathrooms for women.

I always like and support Macy's. This is a shop for the people by the people. They have the best variety of goods with fair prices and nice discounts. The staff is super friendly and professional. The Atlanta store might not be at the level of NYC or Chicago, but it is still up there, among the best shopping experiences you will ever have. Love Macy's!

Many associates greeted me as I walked through the store. They made me feel good coming to this location. Iris at the Estée Lauder counter was AWESOME! Friendly, helpful and professional. Overall pleasant experience!

Four stars because they are MUCH larger than any Macy's in my state and the ladies in the shoe department were very friendly. However, the amount of clothing on the floor and people arguing outside and inside was ridiculous. That deserves one star.

I love Macys and also was a former employee many years ago but my visit yesterday left the worst taste in my mouth. I went to find a pair of pumps and I selected two off the rack and asked the rep if I could get the other one to the pair she told me her shift was ending and the other girl white shirt was gonna check me out. Before the Hispanic woman left she brought the wrong size of shoe out but realized so she went to get the right one then came back and told me they didn’t have my size. She was leaving because her shift was over so I asked if there wasn’t another foot to the one that was on display because the display was my size. The girl in the white shirt snapped on me and visibly made it obvious she was annoyed by my question saying the other foot gets lost we don’t have it without even checking. So I responded taken a back by her tone that I was just asking. She didn’t apologize and ignored me while she checked out someone else. I waited patiently for her to finish and picked a similar style to the shoe I wanted off the rack and when she was done with the other customer I asked if they had my size in the alternative shoe. She snatched shoe from me and walked off sighing and huffing. She didn’t let me know where she was going or if she was checking just continued to display her despicable behavior. I waited for a good 10 minutes for her to come back and when she did she threw a box on the counter with one shoe in it and attempted to walk off while saying the other shoe is over there somewhere in reference to the rack , so at this point I know she’s purposely being rude and so I said can you get it ? She says no no I can’t , waving me off and still walking away so I called after her and requested a manager. She did not acknowledge me or my request and had me standing there for a very long time  while she helped customers who were after me . i called the corporate office to try to get in touch with a manager . Eventually she came back with a manager and while I was explaining to the supposed manager she started yelling over me while I was explaining what happened . The manager was very dismissive and acted like she didn’t care to hear what I was explaining. She didn’t reprimand the employee or apologize for the length of time I waited to the overt dismissal and disrespect I received from the employee she did nothing to try to make me feel valued as a customer. I don’t feel someone who feels that comfortable disrespecting a customer just because their having a bad day and decided to come to work should be able to get away with that and that manager needs some training on customer satisfaction. They still ended up checking me out the wrong size of shoes and I just noticed this morning when I got up to head to the office and the shoes are slightly too big. I’m so disappointed with my experience and the horrible customer service I received yesterday

This once great store has been reduced to a disgusting hole that I would not allow any of my friends or family to shop at.

Ms Patricia and Michelle were extremely patient, helpful and friendly. I really appreciate them as they made my shopping experience feel like a breeze.

Macy is the place where you purchase authentic stuff at the most reasonable prices. If they don't have it they will get it and ship it to you. The customer service here is second to none. Great store.

Macy's Department is a clothing store that has many different types of brand-name merchandise that your eyes will never stop looking. Wheel chair accessible and many more to choose from. The store is clean and organized, the kind of shoes that fit your budget.
