I just want to say that Rihanna In the fragrance department is super amazing!! She was very helpful helping me look for the perfect gift. If you guys are looking for friendly and amazing customer service she’s the one that will take care of you!
The last few times we went here, the store just didn't have anything, seemingly at all. We walked out empty-handed. It's looks like this store has only all the rejected and returned stuff. It's like an unkempt ghost town. All the good stuff is online. I'd only go there again to return an online purchase.

The people who work in this store are always good at helping me figure out what it is I need. The customer service is thoughtful, helpful, and, most of all, knowledgeable. Thank you for training your employees, Macys.
This almost feels like a ghost store. There is minimal amount of items and some of styles are not even in the store. If you are looking for skin care or purses you should be ok. Next time l will go online or to Washington Square.
Macy's in Hillsboro is clean and good. Not too crowded. They have good deals. Parking is nearby and available. Macy now has the ToysRus brand for its toys section.
My mom bought new bath towels very nice and on sale the only thing we didn't like is the speed of the escalator thay are to fast my mom was scared to get on it she's 84 yrs old please think about the Senior citsens and slow them down
Always nice to shop at a multi level department store with escalators like Macy's. Seemed like every department had staff ready to assist. Lots of discounts.
These two women were very rude to a customer they refuse to service this man was buying clothes they refuse to check him out at the cash register they were yelling at him tell him to leave they were saying he had a weapon but when he was turning around I did not see any weapon on the guy he left the building. these two Women need to be fired their customer service suck's they were very rude he was disabled man who was probably high on something. I will never step foot in this Macy's ever again I will go to the Tigard, Macy's. These two women were escalate the situation they were very rude to a disabled man who was deaf his word were sluring I have been around those people and those two women need to be fired from their job. The one women came up to apologize about the situation she asked if I Need help I said "No Thank ". She said sorry for the inconvenience I am like whatever very Rude Women They will never get my Service every at this location I will go to the Macy's in Tigard they have better customer service and I prefer the Mall anyway to shop their they just lost two Customer.
Georgette and Sue helped us out today and were so great! I had to swap a jacket due to a broken zipper and the whole process was super easy, they're even having the replacement that had to be ordered shipped to my house and honored the sale price we got it for. This is why I love Macy's!
