Amazing deals! I always find what I need. There's so many cute things for babies and toddlers. Also, I loved how they opened up a Toys"R"Us in the store! My kids loved it
Normally I love this store, but today, while my son and I were shopping, there were a few associates that treated him rather unprofessional. Granted, he was dressed in "casual drag", but it holds no excuse for snickers and sneers. Not once was he asked if he needed any help and was treated by a couple, like he was a contagious disease. I shop this store a LOT, but considering going to a different location from now on, due to the treatment he received.
If I could go below this rating- I would. I am very familiar with Macy’s work ethics, morals, and values and how to extend that to their customers and one of their associates did not deliver. My parents went to return an item that I ordered online which did not fit me. As they did, Nicole or Nichole- however it is spelled- in the clothing department did the transaction. After my parents waited to be helped, they were waiting for her to process the return but then she proceeded to tell them how she felt like they were burning holes behind her head and how they made her feel uncomfortable as she adjusted her jewelry around. Mind you she treated the customers in front of them perfectly fine. Whether this was racially motivated or age discrimination, this is unacceptable and should not be allowed. Customers that get treated like this go home feeling less than others by how they were treated and leaves a negative image on this Macy’s.
It would be nice to be able to browse the perfume section without being bombarded by the sales staff trying to make a commission. Shopping at Macy's perfume counter feels a lot like shopping at a used car lot; aggressive sales people hounding you without giving you time to look on your own.
Save your money. Macys has gone down hill. We ordered a heated blanket that didnt work out of the box. I was told by support that they would ship a new with 2 day air. Great. Week later, no package. Called support and was told to wait three more days and then hung up on. Called 3 days later, told it would take 2 weeks to get here. Apparently customer support is paid more the less they care. This is why retail companies are going the way of the dinasour.
Ma y is great when there good,but when they mess up they don't care to make it right . I had a child's toy that was supposed to be sent to the receiver and it was sent to me called Macy's and I received no help because they were out of the item so I had to pay another $30 to ship it to the receiver

Took my daughter for shoes for homecoming, when she finally found a pair she liked there was no one around and they do not have prices, when we finally found an open check out, we found out the shoes were way out of our price range not thier fault I could have avoided this if they had a person somewhere near the actual department. I was also chastised by the cashier when I told him no. I told him I could not look up the prices due to no cell service and thier web site. I was then informed there was free wifi very rudely. How was I to know that? Not a fun experience.
The toys section is very underwhelming. I came in looking for a specific product and the only things they really had were either baby toys or cars, action figure toys. There was very little Mattle and I am very disappointed. Macy's in California are getting early access to product and have lots of space so I expected the same here, especially being Centerra the biggest money scam Loveland has had to endure, instead I was met with disappointment and sadness that they did not carry the thing I wanted. Is it so hard to cater to doll collectors and carry dolls like Barbie and Monster High? Disappointed.
This is a good, traditional department store that anchors the Promenade Shops outdoor mall. While it has a fine selection of goods, the men's department seems to be aimed at under-40 guys who aren't dealing with excess pandemic poundage. ;-
