I'm going to say this. I love Macy's..., but their clothes suck. Teenager's can't find nothing there. It not enough different styles. The World is bigger thin your corporate Minds!!!! I've never seen a Macy's so obviously close to closure. It's a shame, the staff is still super friendly and helpful. But 70% or more of the store is barren.
Came during Christmas, and things were busy. I did have a wait, but once the jewelry employee was able to assist me it was great. She really treated me like an individual and answered all of my questions. She was incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciate that. Even with the pressure of multiple patrons, she remained cool and level headed. All in all I had a pleasant time.
One of the anchor stores of the SouthPark Mall. Always clean and well lit areas. Nice mini display sections for the holidays including toys and items from Brookstone.
I went to purchase Men's cologne. No prices on anything. They were missing half of the samples, and often didn't have the little cards to test them on nor a trash can visible to throw them away in. When I finally found a scent that I liked, they only had the largest size and most expensive size. I went elsewhere.
I was able to begin my black Friday shopping already ahead of the game, thanks to Macy's in Southpark Mall. The associate upstairs was very helpful and even had gift boxes for some of their items to make it easier. This was a great shopping experience overall. Saved me from all the online stalking this year.
