This place sells Macy's returns, or defects items. They do have some good deal on sofa , but you probably need some luck for finding other good furniture.
Great to check out for items that can be heavily discounted. Seems to have a continual rotation. We scored on a virtually untouched American Leather brand sleeper sofa for a very low price. Very helpful staff; you can get an even deeper discount if you open up a credit card with them to purchase.
It is such a pleasure to see, feel and touch so many pieces of Macy's Furniture that you can view online but get hands on before ordering. Friendly, helpful and patient staff. A very pleasant experience.
We bought our son's platform bed frame and mattress here. The frame has 2 drawers. The frame barely has anything wrong with it, maybe minor scratches. I got a huge discount, so the mattress was pretty much free. We also bought his sectional couch. Our son loves his furniture! Great prices. Gloria is extremely helpful.

This business has shut down operations, moved to Fresno and will reopen there. The rest of the building is for Home Delivery Operations for the Northern California area. It is not open to the public.
You can find really good deals here. Just make sure you come with a truck. A customer purchased a queen bed for $100.00 but had to wait for someone with a truck.
This is the Macy's furniture outlet. We did buy a couch there a few years ago. Some heavy discounts on area rugs, patio furniture, furniture and mattresses. A mix of returns, close outs, damage, overstock, etc. Large warehouse. Large. Lots of inventory.
Great place. Must go if you need furniture! Gloria is the best.
Prices were alright, but their delivery policy is very strange. It is $99 for the first piece and $25 for each additional piece... except that the couch I picked came apart into 3 pieces so they told me it would be $150. Each piece has a bracket and is meant to be attached. It was a standard size couch, not even a sectional.
