Not much to choose from in the ladies department for what we were looking for. Not many shoppers so the employees seemed to be watching the few that we shopping. Kinda felt being eagle-eyed at all times.
Definitely sparse and in decline. Has the basics, but the empty shelves and open areas is a bit sad. Staff was nice and the space was clean.
Was completely ignored at the men's fragrance counter. I waited patiently while people who came in after me were helped before me. You have lousy customer service. I found out what I wanted so I left and I will purchase it from Amazon for less money.

Merchandise selection was sparse in some areas and the A/C was not working. We did not stay long.
I found a lovely down comforter and duvet on sale here. Very nice quality. Employees are friendly and attentive. Easy website to maneuver.

The store did not have a lot to offer. I asked the attendant ringing up the belt that I bought and she said they were expecting some more stuff in a couple of weeks
I always enjoy shopping at Macy's. I like their clothes and the brands they carry, their staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm really glad we still have a Macy's store here in Newington!
It's no wonder many of thees stores are closing. Prices are outrageous. They have nice clothes and a good fragrance department so they get a star for that.
