Good selection of clothes for most ages. Have found really good deals on clearance racks for men's, women's, and children's clothing. I'm rarely impressed with the men's clothing selection. Without going to a dedicated men's clothing store, it can be difficult to find things I want or need. That could just be me... As for the selection for women and children, you'll most likely have great success. As for the rest of the store, I don't really have much experience. I don't really think of Macy's when I'm looking for a mattress or kitchenware, etc. It probably makes more sense if you have the Macy's credit card so you can receive discounts.

Love this store. I always go here when I go to the mall. The cosmetics department is a must stop, always good deals and new products. All the employees are polite and knowledgeable. In the clothes department, most of them, there is a Clearance section. You need some time to pick through, but you can get up 80% off. My daughter and I always find. Something for at least one of us. I can get dresses for $10. from Macy's and we know it is good quality. They have jeans and shirts, slacks, sleep wear, it is great.
Nice neat store. Helpful and friendly employees. They had alot of great sales on the sales floor. We hope they don't close like Sears had to. We like going in the stores to look & shop for what we want & need. Especially if you want to try on clothes or shoes to see how they look & feel. If you like them you can buy them then & there. No waiting or possibly having to send them back because you don't like it. Guess we are old school shoppers not arm chair shoppers. We support the brick & mortar stores. Shop local!!!
Store is closing a d discount signs can be confusing. All dress I g rooms are closed. How do they expect a person to try on jeans since Jean's sized run sooo different.
It's been a store full of wonderful employees for 30 years, overall Macy's stores leave a lot to be desired in the way of maintenance and this one was no exception ultimately being too dilapidated to continue. It's a shame but probably the fate of all macy's stores, unless it's a flagship macy's they're dumps.
This Macy's is a mess. I'm sure the Christmas holiday threw them all off. Non-sale items in the clearance area, clearance items in the wrong area, shirts in the pants section, pants in the shirt section. My wife was looking for pants and out of the eight pairs she found, only one was on sale for the correct amount. Even though they all came from the same rack which had a 40% off tag on it. They need to pull it together. The kids section is a corner of the store with no organization at all.
Absolutely enjoyable talking to the sales lady at the jewelry counter. It's ashame that a business that has been around all of these years are closing their doors... unbelievable..I've shopped at Macy's for years and have never been disappointed with anything that I've ever purchased...
Just can't shop at Macy's any more, after being 30+ year customer. Can you imagine buying an item that you find out is defective, and the store will NOT exchange, or ultimately refund, it... unless at time of purchase you had added cost of "protection" to the purchase price???? Who ever heard of paying EXTRA to insure against the product sold to you being DEFECTIVE!!!!!! Does this mean they not only sell you items of who-knows-what quality, but they are under no obligation to make it right? I can see some people will want to insure against damage, etc., but don't we expect it not to be defective in the first place? My new, beautiful, earrings clasp was defective and it fell out of my ear. Our jewelry /repair shop said it could not be fixed without making the clasp worse due to strength of gold. I even asked for Macy's manager. Oh! He's not in! Right. I did not know they ran stores without managers. Have canceled all my Macy's cards. And they wondered why they're going out of business.
Staff here are awesome. I didn't have a coupon and she gave me an extra $10 off an already clearances item. Ended up paying $30 for around a $100 bed sheet set. Highly recommend to everyone.
