An absolutely wonderful experience. When we entered the store we were greeted with a hello.  They also thanked us for coming. My wife had been looking for a swimsuit in another store in the mall before we came to Macy's. What a difference it was. Because your employees were so friendly, my wife bought a swimsuit there. Paid the same price as the other big store. That is because your employees were so kind in the store. You are so lucky to have people working in that location that truly care about us! JP

Hate to sound like this, but when stores close for good, everyone wonders y, it's usually really simple, it's  the lack of customer service.  I have wasted a good amount of time to connect to the children's department at this store, no option to connect given by the automated system, so I finally try the women's department & was told I need to connect with men's department if I want to do an item check for childrens.  It took the person least 5+ mins to get me the extension for men's department, she put me on hold with dead silence, wasn't even sure if I was still connected.  Got the extension, but no one even answered the phone. Will shop elsewhere, thank you Macy's NOT.

Very disappointed in this Macy's store. Very run down, dirty, and poor selection.  In contrast, we went to the Dillard's in the same Mall and it has more recently been renovated, it was clean, excellent service and a good selection.

Don't ever order online for in-store pick-up, it'll take two weeks just for the item to get shipped. I suppose Macy's has been around a bit and stuck in their old ways. The review only got the additional star because of the nice selection of cologne testers.

I was happy with the sales Macy had this day so it made my shopping quick. I want to say " Thank you " to a woman name Erma who works upstairs in the juniors/womens dept. It was a couple mins before it was time for her to get off work and she took the time with a smile and patience to wait on me. Erma you are an amazing salesperson and I will make sure I go back to having you wait on me. Women like you make a difference if a person has had a good day or bad day and you helped them where they needed help in the store. Thanks again...Rose and Aurora

Love this store! Associates are always ready to help.

Went to find a men's long sleeved shirt, color specific, for my husband to wear for an upcoming wedding.  Found the right color but not in stock at the store or surrounding stores. Ordered online. There was no apparent help in the men's department but did find a checkout register with little wait. Store was near and tidy overall.

Who doesn't love Macy's! Hope they get more goods in now that the Holidays are over. A great place to get your Havaianas -flip flops!
