I should have checked the reviews first, but this is a warehouse only. Even though the name here on Google hasn’t been updated to say that. Also, the worker was very rude when explaining - I don’t think you should be so curt and patronizing if there is not signage saying that there is no in-store shopping here.
Returned shoes that didn't fit well. The older woman with glasses looked at one shoe and exclaimed, these have been worn!!" Due to a small area of dirt on the bottom of the shoe after being tried on. I pointed out the other shoe was still in wrapping and wasn't even touched. She proceeded to complain about the miniscule piece of dirt she now "had to clean". Humiliated me in front of everyone as if I was some dirty person. I wonder if I was a white woman how I would have been treated?? Hmmmmm
NO IN STORE SHOPPING HERE! the store is open, but you cannot shop here. You can only pickup online orders. Sign says go to Park Meadows for the nearest in store Macy's shopping experience...
If you value your privacy and sanity, beware. The SW Plaza Macy's is nothing more than a pick-up point for online orders. There is not a store for shopping or entrance to the mall. The entrance shown in my picture is the only access point. Add to this a stressed and snippy staff and you have a recipe for being miserable. If you must shop Macy's, find a friendlier location. If you value your digital privacy, know that you'll be required to swipe your ID to pick up your online order and help Macy's harvest your personal data.
Stupidest place I’ve tried shopping at. They have all the entrances closed. Every single one but store pick up. That’s it.
The Macy’s that isn’t a Macy’s. This longtime large store is actually CLOSED To any public shoppers. We walked to 3 separate doors which mis- guided customers to a 4th door. We finally found an unlocked door with Small print sign “admitting” the Macy is closed except for electronic returns and orders. Amazing waste of time and gas.
Don't be fooled. It's not an actual Macy's any more. It's the curbside pickup for online orders only Even though from the outside it looks like a full Macy's at a mall. So I drove across town for an hour to shop in person only to be greeted by locked doors and no shopping. Save your gas and money. So frustrating
Update your freakin signs!!! Nah, they’d rather make you walk to three different entrances just to tell you you can’t shop here.
This isn’t even a store anymore. No signs saying such, just to go to a different entrance. Waste of time
This is not a regular Macy's store. It's online pick up only. It used to be a multi-floor Macy's but continues to thoroughly confuse everyone, including myself. What is the point of this gigantic but empty store?
