Making A Difference in your body, You gotta work for those curves!
M.A.D Fitness y NV was created to encourage woman to work out. Often we as Women stop taking care of themselves. M.A.D Fitness encourages a group program, works hard and makes a difference.
Many have asked me what it means. It means a commitment to “Making A Difference” in your body. You see, a couple of years and almost 65 pounds ago, I was on my way to destruction. My teenage son and I were diagnosed as pre-diabetic. Our lifestyle was simple but lethal. Cases of soda per week, everything fast food or fried, no exercise. Like many of us. One day I realized that I was killing my family by our food lifestyle which made me “MAD” at the thought and thus changes had to be made.
Fast forward – my son and I have lost a combined 175 lbs. We regularly exercise, eat right, snack little and can run around the block without wheezing. I have had the pleasure and pain of being trained by the best of the best from A1Boxing to American Top Team for the past 2 years which, under my mentor Bobby Lashley, has given me the ability and expertise to now train others.
See life changes have to be made. We can teach our kids, our family, friends that a difference can be made. It’s never too late to improve. You just have to want to be healthy.
