Mad River Lofts is a 19th Century mill building that has been converted to work spaces for creative endeavors.
Mad River Lofts is comprised of work lofts of various sizes from 400 to 1,220 square feet. Each work space is different. The heart of the project is the common room located on the ground floor accessible to all tenants. It is designed to foster collaboration and provides a location for meetings and presentations.
Mad River Lofts combines modern infrastructure (new electricity, WiFi, central a/c, LED lighting, etc) on a 19th century mill building. All the old aesthetic is present including old graffiti, partially painted brick walls, wood floors and ceiling and original 19th century mechanical equipment.
Rent includes use of the common room, central a/c, heat, electricity & WiFi. Leases of one year are being offered and Immediate occupancy is available.
