I have never had a better shopping experience anywhere else. I came in for a strapless bra for my wedding dress, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. They sized me, knew exactly the bra I needed, and we were done! They are so kind, and knowledgeable. I will 100% be buying my under garments from here for now on.
After a horrible, and horribly expensive, experience at a famous NYC bra shop, I suffered through years of whatever 3 for $20 nonsense TJ Maxx had on offer until I was desperate enough to try a specialty shop again. Madame Pirie was everything I thought the famous place would be. The service was expert and attentive, without being overbearing or constantly up selling. In fact, all the bras are roughly the same price so all you have to think about is what feels comfortable and looks flattering. The salesperson brought me a variety of bras to try, explaining the features of each one. She also listened to what I liked and didn't until we arrived at the perfect fit. So perfect I wore it out of the shop! Several days later, I'm even happier with my purchase. It's astonishing how much my general anxiety level has calmed now that I have bras that fit properly. Did I flinch at dropping nearly $200 for two bras? Oh yes! Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!!!
Best experience. Wish I would have done this 20 years ago. Completely free. I walked in and Debra the manager was so friendly and helpful. I told her my issues and what I was looking for. She literally puts the bra on you, arranges “the girls”. Explains the differences with the bras. Every bra was fabulous, comfortable, supportive. So worth it compared to the cookie cutter bras they sell at the malls. I went to Her Underthings up the road and what a totally awful experience, plus they wanted a tip and only brought me four bras and the girl was not friendly at all and the bras were all uncomfortable. No tip required at madam pierie and she brought me in 12 plus bras. No rush to get out, can try bras on as many times to decide which ones you want. So worth the visit. True professionals. You will not regret it.
Omg I absolutely love this place! I went there years ago to be fitted with a bra and it wonderful. Now, after nursing two babies, menopause, losing and gaining over the years I hated my current bras that did not fit well. I looked everywhere for something that fits with no luck. I went back and the help and expertise was amazing! I walked out with a completely different size than I thought I was! Like a different part of the alphabet! I immediately texted friends and family. Everyone woman with breasts needs to go there. Thank you thank you thank you! I will not go anywhere else.
Went back in the end of 2022. Just still blown away with how kind the lady who helped me was. I got 3 amazing bras that fit the best I’ve ever had a bra fit. So helpful, I recommend this place to everyone.
I had the most amazing experience at the store today. I needed undergarments for an upcoming wedding, and the service, and the selection were both above and beyond! I highly recommend it to anyone I was looking for slips, bras, and other undergarments for daily, and especially formalwear.
Amazing customer service! I won’t go anywhere else for bras! They really take care of their customers and a properly fitting bra can be life changing! Bras are expensive, these bras, with the custom fitting and excellent customer service are well worth it!
I’m a large breasted girl who has struggled with finding the correct size and type of bra for decades. After buying several bras that were too small, unsupportive, and unflattering, I’d finally had enough. I refused to spend any more of my time or money on bras that sucked. I found Madame Pirie’s after a quick Google search and made an appointment for a professional bra fitting. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable and helped me find a bra that not only looked great but actually covered and supported the girls in a way that I had been desperately searching for. I now know exactly what bra size I am and I have a new place to shop for upscale undergarments that actually fit! I highly recommend Madame Pirie’s. The customer service is exceptional, the prices are reasonable, and it is a “judgment free” zone. Women’s bodies come in all shapes and sizes and Madame Pirie’s caters to every woman. I can’t say enough good things about this store. I’m so happy I found this place!!
I went in for a fitting, and left with a brand new brassiere and pj's! The woman was very nice, and very helpful she knew exactly what she was doing. She folded my items and wrapped them in tissue paper very gorgeous upscale lingerie.
Stopped here on a vacation with zero expectation. I've always suffered from back pain, and ill fitting bras. I've been measured back home but it wasn't right. The lady took one measurement and KNEW my size! She was helpful, knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, I ended up needing to do a return and it was a simple hassle free exchange. Since purchasing my 7 bras I haven't had any back pain. They are so comfortable, and look really nice. My only complaint is it's so far from home to shop! And there's no website to make purchases. I'll definitely be making another trip down for bathing suits and lingerie! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Just go! You won't regret it!!! Thank you again!
