Great food, loved the New Orleans Pasta. It was a big serving, took plenty home. The garlic bread was to hard for my liking. The croissants they bring out before ordering was good. My friend got some sort of Chicken tenders and loved it. I missed getting the server's name but she was great. They were really busy so it took a while to get our food and she checked on us numerous times.
Got the steak and shrimp and it was delicious! Our server was great and she was super accommodating. Highly recommend getting their top shelf margarita for $8.50 it was strong and super tasty! We sat at a high top because there was a wait, bar area served us quickly! Parking: Parking lot had multiple spots open.
It was a longer wait to get in - not unusual for Sunday lunch. The staff did their best to be attentive while being short-staffed. Food was average and lightly cool when it came to the table.Dine in: Yes
We had a good experience while dining. The appetizers was great but main courses was ok . I was a little disappointed on my ribeye was too well done when I asked for medium rare. Our server was great. Thank you.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE Monte Cristo w/ raspberry jam! Beer Battered Buffalo Shrimp , definitely need it in my life again! My first time to a Cheddars ever, I just left and I am already excited about going back!

First time visit and was impressed. Food was delivered fast after ordering. Entree could use a lil more seasoning in my opinion. Portion size was on par. The gentleman behind the bar was very attentive and personal.
I went here for lunch today, long time since I ate at a Cheddar’s, first time in Abilene. Food was good, service was great. Portion was kinda small. But I will return.
It was Saturday evening. We were seated reasonably quick. The waitress did a really good job of taking orders and getting them out promptly. So, I would say the service was really good. Definitely wasn't impressed by the food. Not sure if it was an "off" night for the Cooks or what. The atmosphere could have been much better. It seemed a bit chaotic. Maybe just a bad day to go all around. This was the first and possibly last time I go to Cheddars. However, my daughter & her family go there frequently and like it. ‍
So far all the menu items has been phenomenal. The steaks were surprisingly well seasoned and cooked correctly. The grilled salmon is favored and cooked correctly too. The sides and drinks all add the extra special touches to making the meals fabulous. The environment is great & the employees provide extraordinary service.
