We provide primary medical, dental and behavioral health services from three locations: 1547 Ohio Avenue (Anderson, IN), 1518 Main Street (Elwood, IN). 101 N. Harrison Street (Alexandria, IN)

The Health Center also has several outreach locations including several school based activities.

Mission

The founding purpose of the Madison County Community Health Center is to create health care services and opportunities that strive to eliminate health access barriers and problems of disparities affecting the socially and economically poor in our community. It provides quality accessible healthcare to the uninsured, under-insured and working poor citizens of Madison County and the surrounding areas.
