Absolutely love this place.  Joanne is so kind and warm.  The place is filled with art and photos a much needed relief from the typical medical office environment.  Dr Madison Richardson is one of the best Dr.’s I’ve been to. Takes the time to really diagnose and explain everything to you.  A lot of fun to talk with as well!  Even though I’m mostly better I want to come back regularly just to say hi.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Richardson for almost two years now. I have nothing but praise for his patient care and the way he runs his practice. Joanne at the front desk is extremely kind and professional. It is lovely to have such a welcoming doctors office. Joanne is truly the reason I keep coming back. The ease of scheduling with her and the lovely presence she holds in the front office is second to none.

Absolutely wonderful! Professional, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Joanne and Dr Richardson are the best. I am so grateful I’ve found them! You will not be disappointed! They are on time, efficient and treat you like family.

Dr. Richardson was a second consult for a sinus issue I had. I am most grateful I chose him. Surgery was a success and his follow up was very reassuring. I now breath a 100% better. He also made referrals for my sleep issue that I asked him for some guidance with. He followed up on my satisfaction with his recommendation. Again he was spot on. I never have had a doctor be so attentive to my over all health.,Not a better ENT anywhere. A perfect gentleman to boot.

Dr. Richardson is the best doctor I have ever meet in my life. He performed a surgery and fixed my problem which I had for many years. Now I can breath much easier. It is always a pleasure to visit his office. Joanne organized all office work on a high level,  she also made sure that all procedures during the surgery were covered by my insurance as in-network. Thank you very much!

Doctor Madison Richardson treat us with the rude  and careless attitude. And I noticed, that He is doing favoritism between patients care. That really made me feel so much pain in my heart, when He rushed my follow up visit  , And spent very long hours with His favorite patients in the exam room. On my first visit He put a laringoscope in my nose to check a more deeper for my  soar troat, and He told me my troat  is swallowed. I came back second time after one week for follow up, He tried to put again that unpleasant laringoscope in my nose again, But I refused, Because He already did that exam on my first visit. I noticed,  that He did not like when I refused his laringoscopic exam. I asked him questions about my diagnosis, He gave me different  answers, I really confused. He prescribed me a Daniel's coctail mouth wash, I got from His prescribed pharmacy. Its been really really hard on me, because that medication was a very unpleasant to use, bad test. But helped me.  I really appreciate for prescribed me a right medication. But, I Thank to Joanne for her sweet attitude, she is being very helpful for front desk and the back room, to make patients ready for the doctor visit. I would appreciated, if Doctor could be more caring to everyone,,,,,  Doctor, this not a complaine, This the truth,  that You treated  me and my elder mommy  with extreme  rushing,  this really hurted to our hearts. Good Doctors shouldn't  be like that.  The God Bless

I am so glad I came in today. I was feeling horrible and Joanne & Dr. Richardson were heaven sent. They both made me feel comfortable, were  friendly & very professional. Dr. Richardson  ran all the necessary test to figure out what is going on & answered any and all of Mg questions. I left feeling happy and so relieved I was able to come in before the weekend!

Great staff! The receptionist was very caring. Dr. Richardson was very knowledgeable and honest. He recommended a great plan to help with my ear and nose issues.

Such a kind staff and doctor! I feel so welcomed and safe here and Dr. Richardson is gentle and informative! He explains everything with elegance and simplicity and not to mention with a GOLDEN voice that I could listen to for hours. : If you are a voice user - come see!
