I had my visit yesterday my hygienist was Ashley and my doctor was doctor Ortiz. The hygienist is very Gentle and very good at explaining the doctor very sweet and kind-hearted. The front staff were very knowledgeable about insurance and people works needed in the processes. Very clean large and comfortable office.
This dentist is awesome!! The office is so clean and updated. The front desk is very friendly, my hygienist, Lena, was amazing and so funny, she made me feel great as we conversed while waiting for the Dr. The doctor was very nice and succinct in her explanations. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they don’t try to upsell you or rip you off which is very much appreciated! Overall 10/10!
I was very pleased with the atmosphere of the office. It was our first visit for my 12 yr old son and they made us feel so comfortable. Usually when you go to a Dentist office you feel nervous, but not here. The girls in the front are AMAZING as well as the Dentist-thank you for making us feel like family.
Such a wonderful, refreshing feeling to go to a dentist office where you felt you received great service from the moment you walked in until the time you left. The dentist was so very detailed on the services I needed and explained in the simplest form so that I understood. This is definitely my new neighborhood dentist!!
Had a dental emergency on a holiday weekend. I broke two teeth and needed root canal and crowns. Most dentists were not open, so I went for first time to Madison Green. I have medical PTSD and suffer from bad anxiety. They were wonderful there. I will definitely go back!
I considered myself lucky when I discovered Madison Green Family Dental after visiting several dental facilities. Dr. Ana Ortiz is a wonderful doctor. She has done a great job identifying the appropriate treatment for my dental problems. The staff is very friendly  and welcoming.
I am terrified of the dentist since I was a kid. Today I was referred to this amazing team who was with me comforting me the whole step of the way! Had an emergency appointment for root canal and a temporary crown. I will be back and I’ll be able to start my dental health journey with them.
I love this place. The entire staff was very attentive and professional from the first call to make an appointment for my husband for an emergency crown, in which they got him an appointment the next day. As a result of his satisfaction, I then made an appointment for myself. There was no wait time in the lobby and the Dental Assistant was very gentile and informative. When Dr. Ortiz came in she listen to my concerns and addressed them in detail and from there we mapped out a treatment plan. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a quality dental office who displays professionalism.
I’ve been going to this place for a year and I love it. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Ms. Lina has done my cleanings twice and she’s always so attentive and nice. Ms. Delmi is also very helpful and sweet every time I check out. I’ll always refer friends and family to come to this office.
Lena, my dental hygienist, has the lightest hand, which honestly keeps me at peace because otherwise I get antsy. Also, conversations with her are always fun, even if it’s mostly one sided because I’m getting work done on my teeth! Either way, 5/5 stars for everyone, especially Lena. Shoutout to her!
