I’m sorry to tell this laundry is worse than the first owner nobody’s clean the floor the machines didn’t clean by the attendant while she’s waiting the laundry to dry never sweep the and clean the machine. I watch how they fold and put in to the bag is not good the customer so upset when they see me at the mat i told them to keep coming because they just started . The floor is nice but nobody’s clean up everytime i drop my clothes i got mad so dirty floor and some dryers the lint cover is always open i need to close it
1/2/2023. So new owners, same issues. Broken machines, washers are not air-rated so they hold in odors. Caked up detergent on the tops of machines which tells me they do not clean them. Lint filters are not accessible nor did the attendant clean them. 6 quarters for 6 minutes per quarter to dry 4 towels and still not dry! Same old bench but NEW folding tables. They cleaned the vents but did not replace damaged tiles. In essence like putting lipstick on a pig, it’s still a pig.
Been going here for a while. Lately the dryers have been having a heat problem. Since I do not work there and there are NO signs posted, I'm unaware of this. So I go and do my towels like I've been doing then for a while. The dryer rips apart a cat bed that was in there, and destroyed all the mop heads for my steam cleaner as well as melted the rubber on the bottom of my bath mat. The owner was there so I showed him the damage. He told me next time don't put the heat so high and shrugged his shoulders. I told him I thought if there was a setting on a dryer, I should be able to use it. There was more shoulder shrugging and him just repeating that he didn't know how to resolve this. It's OK. I guess I'll replace the things your machines destroyed. The least he could've done is given me my quarters back for the load. Nope. He was completely deadset on this being MY fault for not knowing his dryers get too hot. Unbelievable. Luckily, there are plenty of other laundromat in the area
New Owner seems nice. But the place looks......... TERRIBLE...DIRTY...UNKEPT....MACHINE TOPS FILTHY....LINT TRAYS SO LOADED ITS DISGUSTING ! ! !
The place was dirty, wasn't clean up the washer was dirty from other customers detergent spill on top the floors was dirty . Definitely was NOT CLEAN from the day before. And the dryer didn't have a sign stating it wasn't working so it took my money. Will go somewhere else where they appreciate there PAYING CUSTOMERS!
My go to laundromat. Space is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful should you need them. Prices are also very affordable. Whenever a machine is down it's clearly marked which is great for not wasting quarters.
Too small, not air conditioned. Attendant hogs up all the driers, garment bins and folding tables. Old equipment. The dryers get too hot and destroyed the elastic in many of my garments. The landlord needs to install protective parking posts, as someone drove right into the front door. This laundromat should be strictly a wash and fold service, as there is not enough room for patrons. I live across the street but take my laundry to another town.
Best rates in Madison for Coin Operated! Clean and overall great experience. I haven't used their delivery service but it sounds great for those busy days.
We used them for our business and couldn't be happier with the service and cleaning. From pick up to drop off it all was seamless and happy to support a local business. Highly recommend giving them a try
