We are proud to offer 15 executive offices in our Class “A” building conveniently located in the heart of Merritt Island. These offices range in size from 105 square feet to 225 square feet. All offices have a secured office entrance, windows, telephone, internet connections. We have interior and exterior offices, many with large work stations. Each office connects to the photocopier, facsimile, and scanner.
EVERYTHING INCLUDED
We have taken the position where everything is included in your monthly rent. Unlike the “other guys” in the office business, we believe you should not have any surprises when you receive your monthly billing statement. These additional costs can amount to $100’s of increased costs every month. Can you believe it? - our competitor charges $99 for the internet connection or $30 per month just for your coffee. Not us!
