Welcome to my private therapy practice! My goal is to help young professionals in NYC and surrounding areas to improve the quality of their lives, live more mindfully & authentically, and overcome the mental and emotional blocks to achieving their goals.
I am an empathetic, non-judgmental, and thoughtful therapist who both appropriately challenges and supports my clients in our work together. My aim is to help others gain an alternative perspective to the issues they face while working collaboratively to identify and rectify any distorted thinking patterns and behaviors that may be holding them back.
I believe that each client comes with their own set of strengths and challenges and therefore tailor my work and sessions to best meet each clients needs and goals. I only work with clients that I truly believe I can help, which allows me to be present and invested in each person's progress and growth.
