If YOUR BLACK DON’T Go My first time visiting this location lastnight about 8:30pm and staff were NOT welcoming, i went to look for shoes and purse , security followed me around the ENTIRE time but didnt do that to any of the Spanish customers. Racially profiling! I only purchased one item because I felt so uncomfortable.

Great prices ,poor customer service, the staff speak amongst themselves loudly in Spanish, and appears to be more attentive and welcoming to Hispanic customers. Greeting them when they come in and exit nothing was said to me .I had to search fpr assistance on the floor to get an item out of my reach. The cashier left the ink tag on an item I purchased and I was fortunate to catch it after it went off in Ross.When I went back to her to remove the sensor she was unapologetic in fact said nothing at all.

I just had a disturbing experience in your Pembroke pines location. There were various people in line and only one cashier. Helping open dress rooms and attending to customers questions along with ringing up the customers. She appeared to be doing her best, while providing the best custimer servuce possible. At this point I had awaited 30 minutes in line. Then an employee by the name of Kenya appeared out of no where being very disrespectful to the other cashier staing the manager told her to say that. She had to answer the phone that there coukd be calls from corporate and that was more important. I was very disturb to hear this employee, as i understand management hires and corporate provide the pay check, however with out customer the company with be out of business. I didnot appreciate her attitude and her back and forth that she directed to my person. I asked for a district phone number she getted to a back room and said hold on the stated her manager would text her. How is that appropriate management texting a personal phone line over business issues. She never provided the phone number and definitely i know a corporation would not run a facility in that manner. Proper training needs to be addressed as you are supposed to pull the employee to the side and address any issues not in the manner she did loud enough for all of us in the line to hear. Thats just disrespectful and no training on proper manners. I asked for the managers name it was stated to be Catherine. Therefore, please provide proper training as the store on Pembroke pines does not appear to following proper protocol on addressing staff as it was very inappropriate. Requested a hotline to file the complaint and was told the manager will text the phone number. Simply speechless.

This is my new go to location. Store is big and a wide selection of clothes. Store was clean and the lady who great you was very nice. Love this place for my teen girls.

I love this place! Cute styles for a reasonable price that is updated often. I see reviews about poor customer service, but personally I like being left alone to shop and not being asked if I need assistance every 10 minutes. If you need help, go ask for it. They greeted me when I came in and when I checked out they asked me how I was and if I found everything I needed.

Went in the store 1/12/2020 and Valerie, the manager was very rude to my friend and I. We went into the line and she refused to acknowledge us, another young lady Angie checked us out. We went back into the line to purchase another item and watch her checked out a spanish customer. When she completed the purchase she continued to ignore us and when asked if she could check us out she told us to wait on the young lady who had a customer at the time with an attitude. When i confronted her about not wanting to help us she made the other young lady assist us while she took over the spanish customer that Angie was assisting. I gave this review a 2 star because Angie provided quality customer service.

Oh yes this place has some really cute stuff depending on what you like and I love the bright colors.

That store is amazing! I went to the university location and it has alot of great items in all sizes. They need more locations. They would have got 5 stars but the associate there kept interrupting my shopping by putting up reshop items which kept breaking my shopping spirit. I would have spent more than what I did. It was a little bothersome.
