I visited Dr. Aaron Madsen's med spa and it was great to see the level of care and expertise provided. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the spa itself is welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Aaron Madsen's med spa to anyone looking for top notch aesthetic treatments from a skilled and caring team.

They are absolutely wonderful. I am in the process of medically transitioning and they have been nothing but stellar helping me get rid of this unwanted facial and body hair. I feel incredibly welcome and respected and they staff are just phenomenal. I interviewed several laser hair removal experts before finally settling on Madsen Med Spa. The staff were the most friendly, the equipment is top notch, and the pricing is competitive. I have nothing but good things to say about the spa and recommend anyone who is going through transition to give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

The staff has been very friendly and helped make the process better each time. I've gone in for laser hair and seen great results! They made some wonderful staffing changes and I enjoy going there even more now!

This place is epic. I was able to resolve food sensitivities, loose and keep off 30lbs, and retain muscle strength and mass. It has completely realigned my relationship with vitamin supplements and food. My training is back on track and I feel and look better than I did 10 years ago.

Aaron has helped me so much!!! Since I have been implementing his strategy for me I have felt much better!

I was hesitant on leaving a review but I think I should. Started on a weight loss journey, they got me on a prescription drug for weight loss phentermine. I was on it for a couple months, started to see results, just to be told that “oh we don’t have a doctor anymore so we can’t prescribe” was the strangest thing ever. I started here because my friend raved about them, but after further consult from a ACTUAL dietician, they SHOULD’NT be prescribing this without the testing to make sure it’s even safe for me. I met with a lady and a very strange man who Kept insisting I get a shot for energy along with doing the prescription. No medical check ups to make sure I was still safe to use medication. Inevitably I gained a lot of the weight back and then some after abruptly stopping the meds. Shady practice

What a great office with great staff! All the staff, from the receptionist to the workers, were professional, pleasant and helpful! I came for laser hair removal, and they made the process quick, relaxing and comfortable as I was pretty nervous!.  They have a great location just outside of Kent/Tukwila and were flexible with their hours and prices.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for hair removal!

I have had eight treatments at Madsen Medical Spa and they have gone exceptionally well. The staff is very kind and answered all my questions. I was nervous at first since this was my first laser hair treatment, but they made it painless and quick every time. I would highly recommend Madsen to anyone looking to get laser hair treatments done.

I love this place! The whole staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Despite being highly educated, Dr Madsen is down to earth and really knows how to explain anything they offer in depth. I've been there 4 or 5 times now for different things and have never been disappointed. To top it off, they are very reasonably priced. I don't go anywhere else anymore.
