This is THE brokerage for commercial real estate. The advisors I have dealt with have been knowledgeable and professional. Very good service with prompt follow up. I highly recommend Riley and John for your industrial and office space real estate needs.

We were in the process of looking for a location for our new business and we called Melody on a listing she had posted on a building.  That building was under contract, so Melody asked if we had a tenant broker, we did not.  So, we happily accepted her offer to be our tenant broker.  We saw many, many building/spaces, and wrote 3 LOI’s, the first was a bust, second never a response and Melody tried numerous times to get some information on the LOI our third attempt was a success and the space was just right! We saw the space on a Friday Holiday weekend had LOI in on Tuesday after holiday and signed a lease on Wednesday!  So, technically 3 days from looking to leasing.  Melody went above and beyond in making this deal happen as fast as possible. Her professional skills played a HUGE part in making the deal a reality.  So, if you’re looking for someone to represent you it’s free, owner of space pays she is your go to lady! She will treat you with respect and give you 110% of her professional guidance.
