At Magic Car Wash, we offer full service or express exterior at both locations, 3221 Naamans Road and 4917 Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington, Delaware. Our friendly staff will greet you at the tunnel entrance to inform you of our services. After your selections, your car will be gently washed with soft cloth and environmentally safe soaps using the latest technology. With full service, after you leave your car, an attendant will drive your car onto the conveyor. We will vacuum, clean the windows, dust the dash & console of your car, and apply any additional services that you've requested. With express exterior, you stay in your car. You will be guided onto the conveyor by an attendant and ride through the car wash in your car. At the exit, we will hand dry your car. Then, you're ready to go, never leaving your car, and feeling great in another Magically clean car! All hours are weather permitting. Questions? I was there today to wash my car. I choose the top service of $34.95. They supposed to vacuum and wipe inside. They didn’t even vacuum half the car, they just touched the seats with the vacuum nozzle in two or three spot and that’s it and the same thing with the wipe. I tip them $20. I showed them that I was tipping $20. Still when I got in the car, I was surprised to see the dirty car. Not cleaned even the basic. It was so upsetting that I didn’t even say a word. Just left the place and cleaned it my-self at home.
They do a really good job. Sometimes they miss the chrome bumper,grill, runningboard on my truck and when water dries on chrome it's like flicking your toothbrush bristles on the bathroom mirror. All these milky white spots..... but recently they've been getting to it all, I used to have to asked them to get the center window on my truck but for the same reason as the chrome water spots.....lately they've been getting that also. I'm a member, will definitely keep going here!
Car wash was reasonably priced, but there were several new chips to my paint on the hood and side of my car. Also, one portion of the side was not washed. It looks like they had stones or something sharp on the brushes as they washed the car. Frustrating result from a car wash.
I bought the top of the line wash for my jeep. A poor job all around. Interior not fully vacuumed, looks like they wiped my dash off with a dirty rag. Wheels still as dirty as when I came in. Dirt on the tailgate. Tire dressing was watered down and gone 15 min after I left the place. Dont waste your money.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
I needed badly to use the women rest room that’s available for customers. The person that stayed there a long time worked there. After I used the restroom she approached me & she had the nerve to ask me for my ticket as if I didn’t pay all of the time I waited for her to come out the rest room! I showed her my receipt & she flagged me as if I didn’t matter! POOR customer service from her !!!!! This was @ 3221 Naamans Road around 11:15 Friday morning 12/30/2022.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
Came to this location today to get my car washed. They charge you $22 and they don’t even vacuum it out that good what a waste of money there’s a new self-serve one down by the Home Depot I recommend that one.
Love this car wash, only one I will ever go too. Everything I ask for is done to perfection.
I like it. Never too busy. I bought a member program and I can go back every day if I want unless it's raining lol
They did a great job. It was fast and reasonably priced. Car looked great when they were done.
