Windshield full of streaks, paid an extra $30 for complete Armor All, only front "done". My 10 year old nephew could do a better job! 2nd time here with a bad experience.  Would NOT recommend.

Wasn't happy with the interior car detail. Paid $120 for a three hour car interior detail that was "completed" in a little more than 2 hours. There were quite a few spots that were completely missed which is my biggest gripe.  I thought it was a little ridiculous that they waited until I paid, and 5 seconds after that the guy who did the detailing explained they were still areas that could not be fully cleaned. Now, I acknowledge I had dog hair in my vehicle which isn't always easy to vacuum up, however, that is why I am paying $120 for someone else to take the time and do it thoroughly. Maybe use up the extra 45 minutes to go over areas that we could tell a vacuum had not touched. A chunk of the areas that were not cleaned had not had a vacuum or wipe go over it a single time.  This all could have possibly been resolved but my email inquiry was never returned. I sent an email to the email address listed on their website.  Conclusion, I would not pay Magic to do another vehicle detail again. Hopefully it was just one person taking a few shortcuts or having a rough day. The job took place in summer of 2022. The photos were just a few examples of the incomplete job, with many other areas not pictured. I took the photos within 20 minutes of arriving home.  I recommend reaching out to a local independent person who will be accountable for their work if areas are missed and will go back to complete the job.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

They do a good job. Just wish they were open on Sundays.  The unlimited wash program is well worth it.

My first time there. They explained how everything works and the cost of each wash. I came back the next day and got the deluxe wash and they did a wonderful job.

Review was meant for Pure Waves car wash at 3900 Enterprise Dr. It was once Magic car wash. My mistake. I'll leave reading at the stars so not to change over all reading.

$61, had to tell them to wash inside windows.  Didn't vacuum seats, cashier scowled,  no hello or thank you.  Too much $ for not much service.

The only car wash in town that does both the inside and outside of the car. They do a good job at both.

Not a good carwash. Long wait line with hardly no cars in front of me. The car wash itself was not that great. The blowers didn't take any water off my vehicle. Wanted $5 for hand dry. Did not take that deal. First time last time.
