Called for appointments and was told that there was no one free, even for walk in haircuts, for most of the day. Never had this issue previously, and have used this location for a few years. Phone etiquette and customer service was a disappointment as well in respect to how this message was delivered by the staff on the phone.
Shamefully this place charges extra "cleaning" services - as a way to take advantage of the con-vid madness. They know they can write off this expense. They are callous and cold toward people whose health does not allow them to wear the face diaper. I would not recommend anyone frequent this location. Other locations are kinder and better informed.Service: Hairstyling
i would never recommend this place ever. the girl that my sister got didn't do anything she wanted, and not even that her hair was very choppy and uneven. my sister said"i don't want any layers just straight across". very disappointed. not did it happen once it has happened twice.
Ashleigh is great and knows her stuff and is always consistent as well as all the others even for eyebrow waxing and threading. Great people
Excellent haircut salon. Go there for special fade cuts. The barbers working there are very nice, humble and professional. Highly recommended
Rude staff, overpriced, terrible hair cuts. Do not go here, save your money. Save you hair. Save your day. Seriously they will ruin your day.. or month. They are awful.
