There needs to be an internal investigation too many black folks that are vetted and or caught up by fishing tactics. The judge is no better as he will seemingly put a squeeze on to plead guilty.
I had an eviction case at upper Darby district court as a landlord. Judge Christopher R. Mattox presided at the case. He did not even bother himself to review my claim and check my fileThe lease agreement was expired and despite the documents and tape record that proved the violation of the lease and false claim by tenant. The tenant occupied the property for almost three months without paying a dime. I had to hire a lawyer to evict the occupants. The employees were rude and slacker.
All to familiar with this "court". Can't say enough about your entire staff. Always willing to help, and "judges" recommendations being in my best interest. Speaking for myself! With exception to the past "five" years. It seemed as though the only luck for me ,was bad luck!! Everyone is cheating me, this/that wasnt fair, etc It took me years, to figure out, looking at myself in a mirror. All this time! I'm the problem.....! Nothing will change! until you change! I was being harassed by the Millbourne parking authority. The supervisor came to my job because I ask the young lady who works for them not to come inside the store anymore. I felt like she was causing trouble next thing I know her supervisor and boss was at my job cursing my manager out. The same girl try to accuse me of spitting on her she had Millbourne police come to my job and write me a citation for $400.00 dollars. She also had her mom stalking me at my job. My boss had to file a police report on her mother. I fought the ticket because we have cameras every where on the store as well as outside. My boss watch the tape and he knows I did not spit on her. I went to court to fight the ticket and the judge refuse to look at the tape. Any way she and her mother lied in court under oath I didn't have to pay the ticket just court fees. The parking authority girl who lied on me did the same thing but this time she said the person hit her with their car. This time the police pull the tapes and found out she lied. I have send the tape to the Millbourne police regarding my situation they didn't want to watch it. I would like to speak with someone regarding this situation. Or should I just get a lawyer. Something has to be done.
The people their are very disrespectful they are in a hurry to get you off the phone and will hang up on you if they put you on hold. Need better assistance
I had my marriage ceremony here and the judge was wonderful. But any time I had to deal with someone on the phone they've been beyond rude.
The two front desk ladies that sits on the right side What a wonderful ladies so helpful so respectful I absolutely love them both they are very helpful and respectful and for the people that said they have an attitude they probably do because you gave them attitude first because when I went there I never once had an issue with them. If anything they helped me out

I had an issue with something was told to get to the court house by no later then 815 in the morning and here I am at 930 am and still no answer to what I even need to do the guy at the front is just unhappy
Just hate this place but the people got me in and out
