Magnolia 232 is a small home boutique located in the BHP area of Anderson county. We are excited so excited to meet our customers and bring a smile to your face with our stylish boutique clothes. Our style can be described as "Southern Chic." Whether you're headed to a football game, a Luke Bryan concert, supper at nanny's, or church, we will have you covered. We are currently building our business from the ground up, and out of our own pockets. We appreciate your patience as we are working hard to serve you.
Exchange / Return Policy:
No refunds will be issued for items purchased. A store credit will be issued for returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must have original sales receipt with the date of purchase exceeding no more than 20 days. Magnolia 232 reserves all rights to refuse an exchange on any merchandise not returned in its original condition.
Items must be received in their original condition.

Exchange / Return Policy for shipped merchandise:
Items must be postmarked within 10 days of the date that merchandise is received. If the customer elects to hold the purchase for combined/discounted shipping, the 20 allowable days begins from date printed on the receipt for items being held. No refunds will be issued for items purchased. A store credit will be issued for returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must have original sales receipt with the date of purchase.
Packages exceeding a $100 value will receive free shipping. Please note that return shipping will not be paid for by Magnolia 232. For packages under a $100 value, original shipping costs will be reimbursed if the package arrives in a damaged state or an incorrect item was shipped. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
Upon customers choice to return a package, return shipping will be paid for by the buying customer. The Magnolia 232 reserves all rights to refuse an exchange on any merchandise not returned in its original condition. We suggest that returned items be shipped through a secure, insured, and trackable carrier. The Pink Magnolia is not responsible for damaged and/or lost items in transit.

Exchange / Return Policy for shipped merchandise:
An exchange will not be issued/processed until the returned item is received. Once the original item is received, in condition as purchased, The Pink Magnolia will exchange the item and/or issue a store credit. If the exchanged item exceeds the cost of the original item purchase price listed on the returned receipt, your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance and additional shipping charges. If the exchanged item value is less than the original purchase price listed on the returned receipt, a store credit will be issued for the remaining balance.
Damaged / Shipping Errors
✻ In the event that an incorrect item is shipped or the item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify Magnolia 232 within 2 business days of the date the item was received. Any damages that occur after the 2 day period, The Pink Magnolia is not responsible. Notification within the 2 business days will prevent such errors. After the notification, you will have an additional 5 days to return the item. Please note that the sooner we receive the item, the sooner the exchanged item will be on its way to your doorstep.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may not be used as an exchange for money. Gift certificates may only be used towards the purchase of Magnolia 232 merchandise. If the gift certificate amount is not used in full, the remaining amount will be corrected on the gift certificate and correct in the purchase record log. The Magnolia 232 is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
✻ Special Note:
The discount/discount exceptions and/or any circulating coupon may not be used towards the purchase of gift certificates.
Shipping Policy:
Please note that business days are listed as Monday through Friday.
Verification of credit card purchases will be completed before merchandise is shipped. This may cause a slight delay in the estimated delivery dates. All orders are shipped via USPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and ask that you please provide a standing address.
✻ Upon request, a confirmation of purchase and all shipment tracking information may be sent to you via email at the completion of shipment processing.
✻ There is a flat rate shipping cost of $8. There are no shipping charges for purchases greater than $100.
✻ Should additional shipping charges incur (multi-boxes, etc.), you will be notified before completion of shipment processing.
✻ It is our pleasure to serve you quickly and efficiently, therefore all orders placed via the internet will be shipped within a time frame no longer than 48 hours.
✻ Orders placed before 1pm Eastern time Tuesday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Internet orders placed after 1pm Eastern time Tuesday through Friday, will not be processed until the following business day.
✻ Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be processed the following business day. This excludes holidays.
✻ Orders placed on Saturday-Monday will be processed the following business day. This excludes holidays.
