Very clean and cute place ! My family liked their cupcakes, but mine was dense and non moist. Would recommend if you like cupcakes and sweet icing I'm not a huge fan of the icing. The line when we got there was outside so its a pretty popular place!
Highly Recommend! Beautiful place Chip and Jo and the team have created. Lots of areas to relax and enjoy your desserts, drinks, food, friends and family. Play areas with games provided for a fun day. Lots of small shops and favourites finds for purchase. If you’ve never been, you’ve gotta write it in!
Cool place to spend a little time. There is a good amount to see here. They have a nice selection of home goods. The style is super nice and I love the decor. There are several shops each having its own selection of items. The big Market store has great items for the kitchen including cookbooks!!
First visit to Waco and we loved Magnolia Market. Would I ever have to shop anywhere else for my home? I had to recreate several groupings and even purchased the incredible scent that lingered through the frst shop. I would love to decorate my home in Texas when we move with everything from Magnolia. Is there a designer to help? We purchased copper kitchen items too. I am so glad we drove from Illinois, I had lost of space to bring items home.
If Ikea and an outdoor market had a baby is the best way I can describe this place. Each shop has a mini store focused on an specific product. It is a little over priced but other than that...very nice. Your standard tourist attraction. Free parking or street parking available. Stop on by and enjoy the scenery.
Just as seen on television. The bakery was good and not expensive at all. Typical prices are around 3 to 4 dollars per item. The gift shop was a bit pricey, but if you're a fan of their show and chip and Joanna Gaines style of decorating, then it's perfect! Neither of them was there on the day we visited. There is also a coffee shop and other areas in and around the silos.
The true fans of chip and Joanna need not To comment because they will love it. This review is mainly for those of you who don’t know about them, this place is a mini land of their many businesses. Come in early and enjoy coffee, shop around and then enjoy lunch at the food trucks! Bring a hat and loose clothing in summer since the place can be too hot and packed.
Stopped by Magnolia Market with the family. This is definitely a location you will want to make sure you have time to explore. The Magnolia Press is reasonably prices but all other locations are shops are priced up far too much. Check out the food trucks and spend time in the open mini baseball field or play soccer with your kids. Definity explore this beautiful location, just be prepared to over pay for most everything here.
Beautiful place, serene, perfect for families to play, eat and shop! Several food truck options, Several eateries ascwell as ample outdoor picnic style eating. Games available for free and even a mini baseball field with wiffle ball amenities. Several mini stores to shop in, including large main shopping area. Wonderful bakery with outdoor dining. Enjoyed sitting at the number of park benches and tables just watching everyone have fun. Food was delicious. Shopping choices were numerous and suits all types. Would have stayed longer but it was over a hundred degrees. The church and gardens are absolutely beautiful!
It's an absolutely beautiful place to look around and definitely, if you're a more active age. We took my 94 y/o mother-in-law and sadly there wasn't a place anywhere to park for her to safely get around with us, so she stayed in the truck. Thank goodness the a/c in the truck was great, but $10 to park to leave someone in the car bc so much isn't accessible for handicapped individuals w stairs in the store. And it's still so popular that there's a lot of people on the weekend for sure, so there's things to overlook. But it's a beautiful establishment and lots of different little shops in one place w so much to explore given the right opportunity
