One of the best extended stay experiences we’ve had! Very easy access to Hwy 59 and a short 10 minute drive into Livingston. The park features large spots that are big rig friendly and many are nicely shaded. Mrs. Leslie, the park manager, is an absolute gem and makes you feel right at home! We will definitely stay at the Magnolia again the next time my husband works in the area.
The lady at this RV park was so kind, I came through the property with my man to site see, he’s unaware of how retired Americans truly enjoy their peace from many years of hard-work. However, she showed compassion and gave our children a wonderful experience. Showed them duck eggs and let them enjoy the time they did spend there. I will forever be grateful for people like her, who show compassion for those that come from a different culture and just approach with a kind heart instead of immediately involving law enforcement. This place impacted our family, culture, and perspectives more than anyone could ever imagine.
One of the best parks we have stayed at for an extended time. It's close to Hwy 59 and about 10min from Livingston. It's quiet and the spots are a decent size. The owner Mrs. Lesley is one of the sweetest park managers we have ever encountered. She makes you feel like family. Parker the park dog is one of the sweetest dogs. He listens pretty well and is well behaved with kids and loves to play with other dogs. Definitely will miss this park.
Great rv park...only a mile off US 59, but very quiet. Long pull thrus. Very nice and helpful lady who runs/owns it. We will be back!
RV park was nice but sites not marked out very well. Office was closed, so we parked in one and tried calling the number but no answer and voice mail was full. Later camp host came up and got us registered. The worst part was the garbage service came by in the morning, at 1:30am, to empty their dumpster which was pretty close to where our site was. Hard to get a good night's sleep when that happens.
I think that a pool would make it better. They only allow Laundry rooms and showers to be used until 8pm. However, this is due to safety precautions and makes it more acceptable in my eyes. Mrs. Leslie is absolutely wonderful by the way!
This is a quiet little place far enough from the big road that the traffic's not too noisy. Grass sites and a decent road, with wifi that's on par with most of the better parks I've been to. It might not be for everyone but with the well maintained lawn and great management, this place is my cup of tea.
Owner is very friendly and very sweet. Quiet place and a lot of room to walk animals, just be friendly and pick up after them. Also if you smoke please pick up your cigarette butts or have a can handy . Love this place.
Convenient to US 59, I - 69. Secluded and friendly, lots of run and play room for the lids and dogs. Legend has it, there is a 4 ft. 'gator in the pond and snakes in the woods, but they are far from the camping areas.
We've stayed here twice 2010 and April 2011. Both times, the staff was pleasant and very accomodating. It is a nice, quiet park that provided a restfull stay.
