i got lip fillers done by Dr. Michael Orseck & did not like the outcome. my lips were filled completely on the right side and middle but not on the left side, so everytime i smiled it was uneven. today i went in to get them taken out, and was confronted by the Dr. he told me that my lips looked fine that they are only uneven because of “ you’ve have cleft palate repair right?? well it’s  because that GIANT scar on your lips” &that if all i wanted was my money back he could give it back. keep in mind that it is NOT my first time getting fillers & they have never looked like that before and have nothing to do with the tiny scar on my lips which is mostly not on my lip. he also said he didn’t know what kind of “shit” i was trying to pull and that he didn’t appreciate it and stormed out. i am completely and utterly shocked by his unprofessionalism & behavior towards me. his nurse also just watched as he disrespected and left me speechless & with tears in my eyes. if i could rate this place 0 stars i most definitely would, go to a place where they will care about their patients.

Dr. Orseck and his staff have been nothing but very helpful. They have been there for me every step of the way. I believe 5 stars is not enough, but it will do. They are all nice and friendly and make you feel very welcoming. Keep up the good work and dont ever change.

Dr. Orseck and his staff are amazing! They are very professional, attentive, and make you feel comfortable, not to mention their expertise is top notch.

I would never go to any other doctor. Not only is he fantastic and extremely qualified ,his nurses and all other staff members are very polite and courteous.
