So unprofessional! I was very offended when the owner canceled our appointment because when she searched our names, she found the wrong person and incorrect information and wouldn't respond when I sent her the pic of the correct person!! Wasted our gas and time!!
We had a great experience picking out a graduation gift for my daughter. Visits to choose jewelry are by appointment only and owner, Monica D'Emilia, helped us find the perfect ring and bracelet. Nice selection of new and vintage jewelry.

We had a HORRIBLE experience there years ago. She sold my husband a cracked diamond on my engagement ring. NOT even the same ring I selected during my first visit there. Wrong size too! ABSOLUTELY refused to make it right. Would not suggest.
I asked Monica to help me turn a too-heavy citrine and diamond ring into a necklace, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The necklace was completed in a timely manner, and has exactly the structure, length and chain style that I asked for.
My husband frequently goes gift shopping for me at Magnolia’s Jewelers and I have always been amazed with my gifts. They work with him to find something beautiful for me for whatever his price range is. And when I messaged the store directly about a question I had about his most recent purchase, they got back to me within minutes. I was so impressed with the customer service.
Arrived at the store around 1:30PM on a Thursday. Blinking open sign in the window. Tried the doors and they were locked tight. Rang the bell outside. No response. Tried to call the phone number on the door. Lady answers the phone. “Hi, I’m outside and would like to do some business with you”. Response “Do you have an appointment?” Me “No, why would I need that?” Her “Hold on, Ill send my husband down to open the door”. 10 minutes later, still nobody. Another man who claimed to have an appointment was waiting with me and he was fed up and he left as well. 2 hours after leaving the store, the same lady text messages me and asks if she can help me and sends me her email address. I told her she blew her chance. I get a “?” response. I told her that she is never getting business from me ever again and that she should really consider how she treats her customers. Her response “Have a nice holiday!” What a joke this place is. Don’t come here for any reason. Unless you want to get screwed around like myself and the other gentlemen waiting did. Disgraceful.
Magnolia's is conveniently located and has good parking. If you are looking for Estate Jewelry, this is an excellent place. Monica the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you adore cats, Precious her cat is a plus when you visit.. Best to call ahead for appt.
Had a wonderful experience at Magnolia's Jewelers. No, it is not your typical run of the mill, chain jewellery store. There are unique items and they will help you find exactly what you are looking for. Thank you for helping me find the perfect size birthstone earrings.
