Front Office staff very supportive and accommodating with all clients and patients during drop off and pick up. We were an emergency fit in and looked after Becky quite well. < br />Support staff compassionate and professional. < br />Doctor was professional and sympathetic. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they were doing and we compassionate in the delivery of the service
I really like this clinic as it feels clean and bright. The examination rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable . The staff is amazing and Dr Joshua Tillman was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable about birds. I took my chicken Arabelle in as she is not well. It's so nice to know that Joshua really cares about birds and animals. We both agree that chickens are pretty cool. Thanks Again to everyone, Especially Joshua Everyone and everything. Out of 10 I give them 100
The overall attitude of the assistants and Josh Tolman is one of great care and compassion for both animals and their owners. I appreciate being offered alternatives for treatment without pressure to choose any particular one. I was impressed today to see a candle burning with a sign asking people to be considerate because someone in the office was losing a pet they loved.
All staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr Buller took her time to examine my pet, and explained things in a very clear way. Her calm manner was also much appreciated. You were able to get me in on short notice.
Wonderful caring vets and staff! Gave my pup treats and affection to make him feel better after his vaccinations. He was scared but warmed up pretty fast and left happy. The owner took time to come and meet my pup and welcome us!
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this incredible vet. From the people to the level of care you get, there is no better vet on Vancouver island. I drive almost 2 hours to their clinic simply because the level of care is unmatched.These people are so dedicated to their profession and it shows. Beyond lucky to have a vet clinic like this close to me.
My little dog Lady had to spend all day at the hospital, and I was worried that she might have been frightened by the experience. Although she was happy to leave with me, she was relaxed and didn't even try to bark at anybody on the way out, so I know that despite all the exams, needle pokes and X-rays, she felt safe, and had a good day. Thank you!
We are so pleased that we have found a caring, attentive, and competent vet clinic for our new fur baby. Mahalo Vet Hospital is providing us with the support and attention we need & desire to provide quality care to our little puppy. I was very happy with your clinic from the minute I got through the door. Staff at the desk greeted me & my little dog and she was relaxed through the whole visit. Once we were in the checkup room, the assistant came in for her pre- check & even gave her treats. Our vet was so calm & for the 1st visit, I was surprised at how she reacted to him. I will be recommending your clinic to everyone that has a pet around here. < br />Thank you so very much for making the vist a pleasant one! The vet & staff seem to really care about their pet patients
Dr. Miriam guided me through the end of our cat's life. She balanced her assessment and comments with medical facts, personal opinion and support for us as a family. She is refreshingly straight forward and easy to understand. I value her amazing empathy and the insights she has gained through her long career. The whole veterinary team was organized and very kind. They take lots of notes so that if you have to talk to a different vet all the details are already there and you don't have to repeat all the info over again. Very appreciated.
