3 days waiting for load...this place sets a record! The guy on the picture walked away cussing me when I asked for his name. If you don't wanna lose time and money avoid this place by all means.

Forced to come here as it's one of our company's customers they unload you really quick which is a plus and their favor but they treat drivers like second class citizens they don't want anybody to enter their building and refuse restroom access unless you're an employee no porta potty provided

This place is a joke thank you they take more than 24 hours to try a load most trucks we showed up at 21:50 And here it is 7:30 in the morning 1st shift is in and they still have not got any truck in the dock. This company loves to pay detention

If you planning to apply as supervisor in this company you should think 1000 times before because you will regret it. You won’t get support from the top manager, everything wrong will be on your hand. If you lock of man power or the machine down that is your problem. The manager especially the one name Corey won’t take any excuse. He will criticize and criticize not for solving the problem but for the sake of just criticizing. He wants you to whip the employee if they refuse to work or can’t make a number remind me with slavery . I’m don’t work there but someone I know works there and they’ve become a different person. This place will drive you insane. So run as fast you can. But if you like to be a slave then you can apply there.

Backed in at 9:30 pm appointment at 1 pm they unloaded 2 trucks by 7.25 the 12 truck shows up even though I setting there before we can unload you because he had a 12 appointment even though I been there first . Last time I come here

Very unorganized they don’t have it together the parts don’t come in when needed to be if they do they bend and expect you to keep building scrap not to mention I was burned 5 times and on top of that nobody reported them until they almost healed the supervisor on 3rd shift do tic for tac I was told to put my fingers in the machine I was operating reported to HR asked to be moved I was told to just be on my PS and Qs if there is no work in EGR they send you to another department to do other people’s work WHERE YOU’RE NOT TRAINED AT so basically you don’t stand a chance because at the end of the day they will take the supervisor side even if he’s wrong they have a supervisor running the department that don’t know how to build, order parts, etc this is why they can’t really keep nobody for work the shift leaders are messy they keep drama stirred up at this job but look at you like your the bad guy oh I forgot the machines work when they want to

The following review is my personal observation and should be interpreted as nothing more than an opinion, and was reviewed with an attorney prior to posting. Anyway, here we go... Mahle Behr of Charleston is run with SHOCKINGLY bad management. I worked at this facility for 6+ months and was constantly amazed at just how poorly managed this plant is. Many operators and technicians are scheduled to work seven days a week with no real effort to give them any days off. Plant is laughably dirty and disorganized; to walk around carts and skids of product that have been left in pedestrian aisles is a daily obstacle. "Is this skid of parts good? Are they on hold? Are they scrap?" No one really knows, or cares. Many experienced and knowledgeable supervisors and managers come and go regularly, like a revolving door. Fast turnover of skilled staff should be a red flag but nothing seems to change so they continue to cycle through staff at a dizzying pace. In conclusion, I'll wrap up with this fact: baseball caps emblazoned with American flags are prohibited, but leopard print spandex pants are fine. Sound too weird to be true? Go ahead and see for yourself. The 1.6 star rating on Google is that low for a reason. If you're considering a career here, don't say that you haven't been warned.

This place is a joke. Don't come here if you have a choice. If your looking for a ten hour break waiting to get loaded this place is for you. Employees have no idea what's going on,,have no idea how long it'll be. The only good thing about this place is that they recommended a Chinese delivery place that was pretty good. Won't be picking up here again.

I wish I could give them a -5 stars .... AVOID AVOID AVOID... THIS CO IS A BAD JOKE.. driver on site for almost 9hrs/ in door for 3hrs and they have not touched his trailer yet to start unloading. Plus it’s all happening on a Fri.

First time here was alright. Second time, terrible. Came in 2.5 hours before appointment time 6:30pm. They told us production line was down. They were starting it back up at 8pm. And would take an hour for it to warm up and hopefully we would be out of here by 2am. Turns out they didn't start ot back up til 10pm, 2 of the 3 machines were still down. At 2am they still hadn't touched us. Decided to lay down. 5:40am they called us to let us know they were done. 6am we're finally out of here... 11.5 hours later. Won't be coming back again.
