This place is a rip off and unprofessional doctor. I visited this place to have a wisdom tooth removal and the doctor told me the proper way to remove bottom and top wisdom teeth at the same time. He want to remove 3 of them instead of the one is hurting me. This shameful place trying to charge the insurance for more uncessary work in order to collect more money and neglecting the patient health. I wish I can give this damn place zero start. I left the place with a painful tooth. I can endure pain but I couldn't take the nonsense and greedy people.

When I first went to the office I didn’t understand why the reviews were bad because I thought the dentist and the staff were really friendly and the care was good. But then the problem came when I needed a root canal- which is the main reason why I went in the first place because my tooth was painful. They told me they would call me to schedule it once they hear back from insurance. After a month I didn’t hear back and called, they said that they are still hearing back which is ridiculous. Then they’re telling me that the dentist is only here once a month to do root canals as well. I said ok and waited and waited. Now it’s been over 3 months and still nothing! And I keep calling and calling and it just leads to the voicemail which no one ever calls back. I’ve had to use temporary dental filling for the past few months due to the pain. Please don’t come here, it’s a waste of your time and money. Now I have to find a new office and start all over.

I have never seen a more disgusting display calling itself a dental office. The dentist came out with a clear facemask covered in other people's plaque. The hygienist did not clean my daughter's teeth, she just looked them over and they put it through insurance as if they they did a periodontal deep cleaning, which you can't do without numbing the area and it takes more than 5 minutes. Now her insurance won't pay for the deep cleaning that she needs desperately. We tried to remedy it and have them change what it says on the account, but they claim they did the deep cleaning. Don't waste your time or money or insurance on this dirty scam of an office.

With all the bad reviews they already have I don't even need to go into details but all I can say is, this dentist office is horrible on every level. I will never recommend.

I got a teeth pulled by doctor baron. He is great and did an amazing job. I was supposed to go back two weeks later but I had to cancel the appointment the day before. No one ever returned my phone calls or my emails since March 13th. I don't understand how they have 5 women in the front desk half of them are on their phones on tik Tok every time You approach the desk NO ONE has call me to re schedule and it's been over a week. Don't they have someone assigned for daily phone call tasks to check voice messages and return calls? I guess not. What a disappointment....

was on the waiting list for a year for a rootcanal, now i cant get a call back. avoid this place it is the most unprofessional place.

I went there and it was my first time. They looked at my teeth no cleaning sent a paper for my Cartiologist to clear me and they never called me. They told me that they would call me after they received confirmation from my doctor

I love this place - Dr Maldonado was great before he left and while I was sad at first to see him leave, it turns out Dr Patel is even better. She takes her time to discuss things with you and let you know what your options are - and then she does a stellar job - I highly recommend

No one has answered the phone in the Hamilton office 957 NJ 33 Hamilton Township location for at LEAST a month at this point. I have left at MINIMUM ten voicemails for a return call. I have called the general customer service number their call center/ appointment line and THEY can’t even get in touch with them. They have tried numerous times to contact the office manager to no avail. I have emailed… chatted… done literally everything that I could to talk to someone there. It’s horrible that your call center can’t even get in touch with you. Horribly disappointed and frustrated …and I can’t be the only one having this problem. The only reason I am leaving this review online is because there is NO ONE to talk to about this issue. What recourse do I have. Can someone please contact me about this issue????

I went there today the experience I had was wonderful. Before that it was not like this they where not that good but now wooow. She took time to clean my teeth real good also a beautiful young doctor came over talking to me I was feeling special. If they where more the 10 I ll give it to them. Thank you definitely you going to be my place.
