Mahomes Bolden PC specializes in corporate, securities and public finance transactions. While the firm provides comprehensive legal services to individuals, investment banking firms, privately held companies, municipalities, public and quasi-public agencies, national corporations, banks, and non-profit corporations on a broad range of complex transactional matters, in recent years public finance has become our core practice area. We are making it our business to be a premier public finance firm.
Our firm was founded in 1998. We have been active in rendering bond opinions for government issuers and underwriters since 2002. Since that time, the firm has issued opinions in numerous public finance transactions and has grown to five lawyers and two support staff. All of our lawyers are part of the public finance section of the firm. Three of our lawyers devote almost all of their time to the public finance practice. Mr. Mahomes has practiced for over thirty years and Mr. Bolden has practiced for ten years. The leadership of our public finance section decides which attorney will lead a particular public finance transaction and ensures that the firm’s resources are adequately and appropriately utilized for the transaction.
